No need. You got email that shipped Smiley So there is everything ok with the payment.
OK. Thank you for this great offer. I've been wanting to install a Lightning Wallet and try it out for some time now, and it was this offer that finally got me to do something about it. And now I can say "I've used the Lightning Network."

Tried to pay with Lightning twice (Eclair wallet).... FAILED twice.

[edit]
OK.... Third times a charm. I closed the channel I opened, and opened a new channel on the CoinGate (your payment processor) node. This time the transaction went through instantly, and had a ZERO fee.

There was no indication that my order will be doubled, but I'm hoping you see I paid with Lightning and double it for me.

I'm not sure what, but yes, there is something strange going on with BTW. I had a transaction take 4 days to get 1 confirmation. And more than 24 hours later, still 1 confirmation.

Would not be surprising if there was one large miner (or to purely speculate, maybe a mining contract purchased by the network creators that recently ran out) and all of the sudden the network hash rate is super low, and without any BCH-like EDA, the network could slog along like this for months and months. Because BTW is already little used, this may be the nail in the coffin. We'll have to wait and see.

UPDATE on my BTW transaction:
It has now been 8 days, and I have 3 confirmations.

It looks like there were 2 mining pools supporting BTW (uupool & vvpool). uupool seems to have dropped mining it all together, and vvpool has very little hash power for BTW.

It's not looking good for BTW.

My transaction is stuck between the Pie Wallet and the Pie Exchange. I'm not sure how many confirmations I need before I can trade. It says "more than 2 needed". Wow!!!... That's not very specific.

It sure would be nice to see someone point their mining rig at BTW.
If you have a GPU mining rig, please mine BTW for a week or 2. That should do it.... At least for me. :-)
(yes, I know... Why would someone burn all the electricity just for me?)
(Well, you never know. There are some nice miners out there.)
(And they will make some BTW along the way.)

Anyone have info on the Bitcoin World (BTW) network?

Seems like the network may have had a significant dropoff in hashing power, possibly finding only finding a block every day or so.

We watched a ~3-day backlog of BTW extractions all get confirmed at once, about 16 hours ago. Anyone else find something similar?

The title of Bitcore thread on the forums says 1:0.5 ratio while you're saying 1:1 and also, there is an airdrop registration form on their site? so I'm lost, is it the same BTX?
Yep. You're right. The title of this thread has this listed wrong.
When you split BTX from the snapshot on Nov 2nd 2017, the ratio you get is 0.5 BTX for every 1 BTC you held on that date.

And yes. There is a weekly air drop for BTX (every Monday until the airdrop fund is out of BTX).
Every Monday in March, the airdrop was 7%.
Every Monday in April it goes up to 8%.
And it keeps going up 1% every month until it's over. No one really knows when it will be over because it's hard to know how many people will be claiming every Monday when so many people are buying and selling.

To claim the weekly (Monday) airdrop, your BTX coins have to be in a registered address and at least 1.0 BTX in it.
So if you hold all of your BTX in one address, you only have to register that one address.

For more information on how to register an address, and everything else about BTX, visit...

Getting BTX does not work.
It didn't work for me either this morning. I was trying to dig out BTX from a wallet that used SegWit addresses.

I emailed walleting.services about it and received a response a few hours later. They are working on it and hope to have it back up and running in a few hours, or maybe tomorrow.

I have used this service many times and it has worked flawless most of the time.
When it did mess up, I wrote them about it and they fixed it right away.
But this BTX issue seems to be a thorn in their side. They have been working on this for quite some time. But I have faith they'll get it working soon.

I have NEVER lost any coins using this service.

Keep up the good work walleting.services! I know you'll work out this BTX issue soon.

A quick update:
- BTN & BCA instances both crashing. Segfaults, invalid blocks, and other fun stuff. We are working hard to get them back integrated into the tool
- LBTC is proving to be tough as well. We just installed the 3/3 update of their closed source software. It is reindexing and we are working hard to bring this to our clients as fast as we can.
- BTX needs a back-end indexing tool that we are currently testing and optimizing to provide extraction functionality for that fork.
We are working as fast as we can to bring these coins to the tool. Thank you for all the kind words and support.
Thank you for the update!

I would like to see updates like this a little more often. They make me feel like I'm "In The Loop".

Who exactly are the devs of this project? Is the source really closed? I'm not here to Fud, these are real questions. Huh
Funny.. I asked the same exact questions on Telegram and I got kicked. Red flags people, lots of them....  Roll Eyes
I also think whoever came up with this coin name is a fucking retard.
 Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
I didn't mean YOU were spreading FUD. I meant the Medium post was spreading FUD.

There are anonymous Dev's in Bitcoin. As long as there is a lot of peer review of the code, being anonymous isn't a problem.

The Closed Source aspect is a problem. At some point, they'll have to switch to Open Source. There are coins that started off Closed and switched to Open later.

What do you all think of this?
This is the linked article in the post - https://medium.com/@tweetingpauls/beware-of-non-native-forks-of-monero-6f5a0bf1fccf

As long as you move your XMR to a new wallet AFTER the fork, but BEFORE you claim, your XMR is perfectly safe.

This is the first thing you learn about when claiming forks. If you don't know this simple fact, you shouldn't be claiming any fork of any coin.

That's not what I was talking about, I know that thank you. I was talking about the part of the US gov't trying to de-anon the currency?

Thanks
Oh... OK...
The "large amount of private keys allows the recipient of those keys to deconstruct large portions of the XMR chain." part of this post is above my pay grade, but it sounds like total BS to me.

First of all..... How are "large portions" of XMR going to be sent to a single recipient??? I'm going to move my XMR from my old wallet to a new wallet, and I can only assume most people would do the same. There's one thing for sure, "large portions" of people aren't going to send their XMR to a single recipient!!! This makes NO sense.... They would be giving away their XMR.

I guess, maybe, a large number of people might send their XMR to their favorite exchange, claim their XMV from their old wallet, then withdrawal their XMR to a new wallet... But this would spread out the deposits to MANY exchanges, not a single recipient.

Yep.... Sounds like orchestrated FUD to me.

How can I get MoneroV?
Anyone who holds Monero prior to the fork which will occur on block height 1529810 (~14th March 2018) will be an owner of MoneroV and will receive MoneroV coins (XMV) in the rate of 1 XMR = 10 XMV. As an example, if you hold 1 Monero coin (XMR) prior to the fork, you will own 10 MoneroV (XMV) after the fork.

OK.... So.... I bought 100 Monero 9 months ago, then sold them (all 100) 6 months ago, so I held Monero "prior to the fork".

So I will be able to claim 1,000 MoneroV when it's out..... Right?

Or. Does someone need to change the "prior to the fork" to "at the time of the fork"?

Oooo.... New user interface.... I LIKE IT!!!!
Very clean look.

But still no BTX on the Auto Dig. Any ETA for this?

Today when the digging team signs on they must fix an issue we have with BCD extractions that seemed to have started happening about 5 hours ago.

We are working towards BTW, FBTC, & BTX.  Still a few days away most likely. Promise we are moving as fast as we can!

edit: We just did some things to the BTG, BCH, & BCD instances.  We'll need to give them a few hours until they are back again.
Ok, thanks.
What happen to the Electrum 2FA and Multisig options?
Just by selecting "Electrum", will it automatically check for 2FA and Multisig?

GREAT service!

This service split some B-diamond and B-gold for me from an Electrum wallet with 2FA.

I received my coins in just a little over 12 hours!!! AWESOME!

Thanks again!

No access to private keys on ledger wallet, any alternative?
Received airdrop thanks.
Here are instructions for how to do it with a Trezor. The Ledger isn't much different.

Step 6 will be a little different for the Ledger. Just enter your PIN number wrong, 3 times and that should erase your Ledger.

For everything else, just replace the word Trezor with Ledger and you should be good.

I have a Trezor and want to claim BTX without to export my private keys via Electrum.

Is there any way to accomplish that?

No.. You have to export PK via Electrum. Here are the instructions.

For me is completly unprofitable to join now when most of the coins is already distributed...

Not necessarily. If you know the address of your BTC on Oct 2nd, you can still claim FREE BTX today (and in the future) by entering your private key into the BTX wallet. If you can't do this, you can still buy BTX, register the address, and still get FREE BTX every Monday.

With the FREE airdrops every Monday, and the price going up, you'll have a very good chance of being profitable in the future.
