we read and listen to others and then we learned to speak. in improving speaking skills, I think you should read more and then your words could be sufficient/pleasant /effective/logical. in daily lives, others' words can be illogical, but in books, this is not a problem coz written things are checked and thus logical Cheesy

I imagine things when I take injection. I think myself sitting around a mountain, it's cool and the breeze are blowing, there's water beside my bare feet. then I walk near an ocean, the sand is moving among my toes, I love the smell and people are laughing. it works for me.  Wink

maybe your sleep quality is not good, and then you're not well rested and your working rate goes down. sleeping for a long time doesn't mean a good rest. or maybe you sleep too late and get up late, too. staying up is definitely harmful to your energy. do you dream a lot? it can affect the sleeping quality as well Undecided

I use it for class. for a long time, I was in quarantine and I can't go to school. then I took class online, like in classroom, I think that's amazing. when in middle school, I hate being at school very much and desperately wanted to saty at home. now look back, maybe I should have applied online courses then Cheesy my dad strongly oppses home schooling, online classes is really a good choice!

I think so. I feel awefully alone when I woke up at that time! try fall asleep again or play games for a while to make yourself exhausted and then fall asleep. This is the worst thing I encounted since I started becoming a fan of thrill novels Sad

never getting married or associating with anyone. When lonely, I raise animals. It’s great to make my family a zoo. I also like to have a fireplace at home and eat barbecue whenever I want. No one snatches it from me and no one annoys me or hurts me. I love the life, it's perfert for me Smiley

Get out of bed suddenly
I usually wake up awakened by alarm clock, then get out of bed quickly, brushing teeth and washing face in a daze.
This is really bad! For people with high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, arteriosclerosis, and vascular stenosis, suddenly getting up may make their disease worsen; for those with lumbar spondylosis, sudden changes in body position can sprain the back. my doctor told me this Cry

Running, I guess. It is a process of immersing myself in nature. in the hustle and bustle of the city, I  run a lot. watching the sunset, the white clouds in the sky, the flowers and plants by the roadside, and breathing fresh air (except haze). ——It seems to have been "transcendent" and I feel integrated into nature. Perhaps it has triggered the instinct of "running" as an animal, a special emotion for nature can be poured out, the soul will be cleansed by it, and the grief will be cured Wink

Take deep breaths frequently. When you feel the pressure is coming, take a break and take a breath of fresh air, which can relax your brain and prevent the worsening of stress.
I think it useful and myabe you can try it.

This is a realistic response for me, sadly. I thought the pandemic would lead to an online learning and book reading renaissance, but it hasn’t. I’ve done more, but not as much as I imagined. I think it’s important to realize that it’s not just the lack of free time or the allocation of free time elsewhere that prevents self-enrichment. I think discipline is needed. Still learning that.

To answer OP: I’m taking Udemy courses that are laterally related to what I do (look up t-shaped learning). And I try to read 1-2 books per month.
you are my role model. I've been wasting time recently, maybe I should grab some interesting books and learn something. wow, I couldn't wait to do it! thanks, stranger

intermittent fasting is healthy for some people who eat a lot. We normal people should eat regularly to give our body a habit. Some girls ship meals frequently tp be slim and they turn out to be slim in an ugly way. don't be poisoned by some "fashion" idea

I suffered the same question, too. when doing online shopping, I buy things that I didn't mean to buy. But since I refuse to take money from my parents and work in a compnay, I buy less coz money seems not that attainable!
