Just got an email “ Stay Updated With Your Premium Membership”
I received the same email as you a few hours ago and note that it was not the first time they sent email about their premium membership. It was just an automated email that was sent to all users. Nothing more. I have recevied the same email many times.It's really ridiculous that they are still promoting their premium membership through emails while they don't credit WOF spins at all.
As there is no WOF at least the email content should be changed to be more clear about current state

It has been said in this thread that someone was sucessfull almost instantly, that to others it took between 5 and 15 days and someone else concluded that they operate manually twice a month - if it is so, you are still far from an eventual timeline on about middle of march25.

Before i faced this issue and solve it in less than 48 hours
Now i cant play or do anything and just wait as the token transfer to the pool and waiting ti get processing for withdrawal
