Why does it take so long now for deposit to Bitwala card to be credited? Usually, it took about 3 confirmations. Now we have to wait days. My BTC deposit now has 31 confirmations and still pending. It happened second time in a row.

Wirex isn't a scam (well, it wasn't before -> i was all happy before on the e-coin platform), but they have a lot of problems lately..
Exchange rate is really too high, should be less for about 3-4%.
I sent over some BTC last night and it shows the transaction went ok , but the BTC never arrived on my account.

Im sure they will fix this issue of vanishing BTC, because on the block explorer i can see that the amount is there.

Be aware of their SCAM, they change the rate once you start to exchange, the actual fee is 9.1%

I'm sure it is completely illegal by European & UK laws to deceive customers in this way. Somebody needs to contact the UK consumer rights organizations to get wirex scampany seriously punished.

You can always speed up a transaction by submitting Txid to VIA Tx accelerator https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
Worked very well for me, though sometimes the queue is full and you may need to re-submit later.

Can't use this because there fee is less than 0.0001BTC/KB
There are either incompetent or punishing you for getting money out.

it's been discussed already - nothing to do with our fees, but with blockchain fees. Known issue, developers are working on ways of solving it, should be fixed by the next update
Have you read the comments here lately? Your employee (or yourself?) pretends there is nothing wrong with such fees and call it "win-win situation for customers" and "best Bitcoin price from around the world".

I'm sure it is. Charging such crazy fees, while competitors offer 1% top-up fee, is a sure way to lose customers.
There's no fee at all. Again, On Wirex, there are two exchange rates: One for buying bitcoins and one for loading the card. The "Buy Bitcoin" rate is higher than one for "Load Card". But other than that, What you see is what you get. There are no fees for loading your card or Buying Bitcoins in Wirex
You may call it "no fee at all", "best Bitcoin rates from around the world" or whatever you want, but please stop treating us like fools. In reality, if I want to top up my card with 1 BTC, I'd have to sell it to you for $100 below the market price.
