I see bitcointalk is filled with complaints on CEX.IO. The only thing that we could do is fill in fraud complaints:

Same problem here. I'm waiting for 3 days (transaction on 2018-01-04 21:07:25).
I've tried with support but it seems nobody cares at CEX.IO.
