OTC pink sheets is public stock in the US on the small market, but still public and can trade. So there is potential to unlock value. Token can be made into anything, so we have a gaming coin, but we need a ST a securitized token, that will represent 1 share of stock and provide voting rights and dividend rights. So the token is the most efficient way to manage a public company and we hope to show not just the public but even the Govt, how its done. We will use crypto to solve how public companies are run, and we are going to go way beyond what law asks for, since normally the disclosures are just that, like in the medicine commercials, but if we can actually use this forum or technology to run a company as a public company should, we then can theoretically get a Wall Street style valuation. All this means we will be a US tax entity, but operated out of Costa Rica. Never violating any laws of CR or US. Pink sheets is old technology, token is new. We give access to the whole world to buy stock in our company. Now NLC2 is the coin that powers these platforms. So it has to be clearly assumed that funding for the company means funding for the coin. I post an offering document soon. Its our way of going public, so its the poormans way to go public right away via a token, legally for both gambling and crypto. Costa Rica has purposely not addressed these and other industries as a sort of "wink and a nod" to attract foreign investment and it has happened, with many gambling companies and their servers there, now Crypto ICOs, and rather than defining the laws for these very complicated subjects, they purposely left it ambiguous or basically non existent thus, it is permitted. Now we are going to audit this company by US standards in order for it to be ready for a US listing. Is my hope.

It is the ultimate idea to move to an ERC token and be able to remove staking and start coin burn as a way to return value to holders from fees.

1. We dont want short deck yet, since its more efficient to manage less games for now.
2. We dont want private tables, just the ones we set up for now, but in the future we will allow this. We setting that up with fees, and then we will allow, private tables.

We want to have tables that get the most activity and had issues with private tables. We do have 6 player tables and we may open more depending on demand.

Thank you for posting this, its a testament to the passion from the NLC2 community and this shows the wide support we enjoy. The peer to peer part of the platform will eventually evolve into a full sports platform and will take advantage of the new US laws that are now allowing states to pass online sports betting licenses. Peer-2-peer betting also allows players to negotiate the line, rather than be stuck with a line set by the casinos. NFL is on the way and we are preparing well for our 3rd season.

Great thread and I will save it as a favorite and try to get notifications when a post is added.

This being a crypto group, you may enjoy a game we call Fantasy Crypto that allows you to build a $100,000 crypto portfolio of 5 coins and compete VS other people to see who picked the best portfolio. Its not really $100k so you dont need much coin to play.

Do not use Yobit Exchange (Avoid!)

Do not send, buy or withdraw NLC2 at Yobit. They are on the wrong chain to intentionally keep coin that arrives and never makes it to your account. Same with withdraws. They have done this to many coins already.

After 5 months and hundreds of tickets, Yobit never replied. The initially did put the wallet into maintenance, and they asked for the fee we paid but after 5 months we started pressuring them and indicating we would take legal action and their response was to open the wallet but without ever having updated the code. Meaning they intentionally and maliciously opened the old chain causing coin loss to anyone that sends or withdraws. They are also then able to keep the real coin that people send and steal it. They have done such things to other coins. We have replaced some coin to a handful of people that fell into this situation the last few days, but going forward we will no longer insure and replace Yobit coin to people that lose coin sending or withdrawing from  Yobit. If you have coin at Yobit, and for the next 2 weeks, WE WILL SWAP  YOUR YOBIT NLC2 OUT. Open a ticket at support@nolimitcoin.org and indicate you wish to swap your NLC2 out of Yobit. Then we will respond asking you to create a Yobit code and explaining how to make it. We will also be pursuing them to delist us and we had asked this and will do through legal channels. Its is evident all over the internet and even in their internal chat, many people have lost money there and are desperate and they don't respond to any communications. All we want is for them to delist us or move to the right chain and return all coin that has been lost by senders and withdraws. But we will also not stop pursuing this matter until this is resolved, as it affects our image as a coin and will inevitably cause people to send coin. We have asked Coinmarketcap.com and coingecko.com to remove from the list. Coin Gecko has removed and CMC just added a warning.
