Thanks for your input. Many of us, I include myself have seen ICO scams or have been scammed a few satoshis at least once. C-cex will not release the funds until all necessary precautions are taken. I will be working to be as transparent as possible, and for everyone to see exactly what we are doing.
I'm not talking about releasing the funds after they check out the wallet and make sure it's working properly. Nor releasing funds a couple of days after the ICO.
I mean releasing funds over the period of months. You need funds to hire a dev, submit a request and outlined plan, then they dribble out those funds. You need btc for marketing, the same. That sort of thing. Only Poloniex is currently doing ICOs that way, that I am aware of, but it's really how ICOs should be run.
Then again, it may not matter if this ICO doesn't do particularly well. If you are talking about a handful of btc, it's not exactly a big deal either way.
I agree with you, but wether it is only 1 BTC or 50 BTC it matters equally.

That's a lot of keystrokes to put my post in your own words, a simple +1 would have been easier/quicker.
The dev asked for constructive criticism, so I offered suggestions as to how he could improve things. It wasn't meant just as a complaint type of post.
Whether or not he does any of those things is another matter. By having whomever is doing the escrow hold the funds until they are used for what they say they will, it does get around one major issue most people have with ICOs.
They will still be stuck with that name though.

C-CEX is taking the required measures to guarantee everyone's investment. ICO will be held for three days after its over, and proper identification will be done by our entire team. What can we do to get members of this community to take a look at our plan? I am not asking everyone to get involved, but to offer constructive criticism.

My development team is trying to be open with the community. As a trusted member, what do you suggest or recommend we do. We are a legitimate team, and as such we are willing to go the extra mile.
Go with pod + coins source trust rating
Forget c-cex, use poloniex. Their newer ICD rules state that the devs do not get the funds upfront. They only get funds as they need them, for stated coin dev purposes, with a strict ledger. They also require a valid form of ID.
And consider changing the name of the coin.
We have already contacted Cryptoasian regarding POD and will be doing coins source trust rating as well.
We cannot change the name of the coin. We have registered domains, have a working website, email addresses and logos created for NULL.
We have already been in contact with C-CEX, so ethically we cannot go back on that decision, we have made a commitment with them, and we are going to honor our word.
If there is anything else that our team can do I am happy to listen.

ICO price is VERY high. 
I fixed the OP, there was a typo with the ICO price. Price is 0.000025 BTC (not 0.00035).

I suggest going with coinssource verification if you wish to pass on POD. Although I'd suggest both. I think all ICO coins nowadays need at least some form of developer verification, be it through an exchange or one of the above methods.

Wallet will be available for testing by selected members of the community, and open google hangout sessions will be conducted.
Isn't Cryptasian the one that is providing fake "paid for" PODs? C-Cex seems a bad recommendation right now as well, problems with their ICOs have much of the community losing much respect for that exchange.
I'm not trying to be a jerk man, just saying this stuff is getting bad and the majority of people are gonna laugh at this.

'Would providing full information help you to trust this coin? We, developers, are paying the high price of scammers. It is totally understandable, as PR it will be my job to help each of you gain confidence in this group of developers and particularly this coin.

ICO price is VERY high. What makes Null worth investing in?
NULL has proper roadmap set. Next in order is to release the whitepaper which will explain exactly how ICO funds will used and when exactly the announced features can be expected.

What guarantee does POD give you? Recently a scammer paid a third party to be his "developer" and scammed an entire community out of their BTC.
