I have checked the case and it seems like the support agent offered you to forward the case, as the support agent already had added the $3 bonus.
I checked the account in question and i saw that the bonus is there.
As there has been no other reports on this today, and we had two testers test this now we could not find any issues and we ask that you check your account again.

I agree with you I think the OP should do a small bounty program to introduce their exchange platform in other social platforms to entice potential traders to use their exchange site.

Oh wow, an app. Hm. What's the connection between this app and PYRO? Does the token have any usage within the app? Or it is just plainly a messaging app?

Yes, the app will have a wallet for P2P transactions and eventually sending PYRO to others you are chatting with. That is the plan but in due time. Patience and persistence is the key.

Your template kinda similar to https://bitcoin.org/en/ which is simple and plain but it's friendly user. It's smooth, and easy to navigate. I'll expect on your mixer for anonymity, less transaction fee and my transaction will get confirmed in few minutes.
