Re: Will Altcoins ever come back again
by
NeironixNV
on 02/12/2019, 08:43:13 UTC
Looking at the market dominance, bitcoin covers almost 70.5% of the market trade as of time of writing. there is the need for altcoin recovery or it might spell doom for investors. i.e, people invest today on a new project and sell off tomorrow.
According to a wall street executive, Max keiser, he strongly believed that altcoins has reached there dead end and advised that everyone should focus on bitcoin. considering the fact that bitcoin is limited. there is the need for altcoins as the name implies, Alternative coins.

What is your say on this.

About 50-100 of the 10,000 altcoins will return to their previous levels. And then this is a very positive scenario, maybe even only 10-20 projects will really increase in price in the future, and the rest will simply be applied in real business, but will not be actively interested in the market, because the main interest will be in the technology itself, and not in speculative value.

Guys check out this review https://neironix.io/news/researches/how_the_breakeven_level_of_mining_allows_one_to_determine_the_pivot_point_of_bitcoin

what do you think is it possible to trade at break-even levels of miners. It seems to me an interesting thing, because coincides with the levels of classical technical analysis.

Re: Savings Vs Investment?
by
NeironixNV
on 02/12/2019, 08:34:33 UTC
The traditional norms made us believe that savings are a safe option to store your wealth.
But is it true now?
With inflation, we all know that the prices of the wealth we have kept in our savings account will decrease. What is the use of saving when ultimately we are not even able to enjoy what we have been saving for years?
The smarter option?
Investment! Investment is not gambling if done rightly. Very often we see people not putting too much effort into learning and jumping into FOMO. They don’t have enough guidance that will help them to invest better.

It makes no sense to just keep your money in a piggy bank, you can at least just place funds in bonds that carry minimal risk, it will be the same accumulation, but more efficient than just keeping this money at home. So choose a conservative investment in assets with good protection against collapse.

Re: Bakkt Futures Set New Record, 3151 Bitcoin Worth $23M Traded
by
NeironixNV
on 02/12/2019, 08:29:55 UTC
The Bakkt bitcoin futures contracts peaked to a new high, signaling strong institutional interest in BTC, risk exposure, affinity in ‘physically’ acquiring the underlying asset. What do you think guys?

https://bitcoinist.com/bakkt-bitcoin-futures-trading-volumes-new-record/

This news combines well with this article https://neironix.io/news/researches/how_the_breakeven_level_of_mining_allows_one_to_determine_the_pivot_point_of_bitcoin

Look at the break-even levels of miners and where there was an increase in volumes on bitcoin futures. I believe this is a set of positions in big money, in anticipation of good growth. But how long these people will continue to gain their positions is not known, so it is not a fact that we will hang out in the region of 5,000 - 7,000 for a couple of months, after which there will be a movement to the region of 16,000 at least.

Re: Bitcoin, Speculations and FOMO
by
NeironixNV
on 02/12/2019, 08:19:46 UTC

The exciting and wild big bull run in 2017 was attributed by many to the heavy speculations and when bitcoin waned the market panic which partly resulted into the bitcoin winter that affected us in 2018. Now, in 2019, bitcoin started to show its bullish side and this time around it is attributed to FOMO (fear of missing out).

When bitcoin can go beyond the $10,000 psychological barrier, what do you think they will attach it to?  I guess the honor will go to aliens (just kidding). Seriously speaking, what can be wrong with these scenarios?

Bitcoin is one big speculation. But with a good prospect, at least one more crypto-hype, where new peaks in the range of 50,000 - 100,000 will be achieved.

Re: How long do you hold on a trade.
by
NeironixNV
on 29/11/2019, 08:49:18 UTC
trading has been a difficult process for novices and minor traders. it could be tempting most times if you dont understand the market movement and TA. you might loose patience and cancel out a trade you might regret later. i have cancel out many trades that later ended up in huge profits. i have also cancel some successfully. i just curious to know if there is any sure way to this trading were by you hold on a trade.

If you are a trader, then you should not hold. Hold on to investors who are gaining assets for long-term horizons. An active trader should have a strategy that implies specific goals both in taking profits and in accepting losses if the price goes not according to the scenario of the trader.

Re: In 2020, How To Value An Altcoin?
by
NeironixNV
on 29/11/2019, 08:44:01 UTC
at this time we still haven't entered 2020 and we can't judge about Altcoin, who is knows what will happen with Altcoin in next year? I might be able to judge about Altcoin if we are already entered in 2020 and hopefully the future of Altcoin will be bright in the coming year.

Most altcoins will remain useless at the bottom, but really good altcoins with working technology will show good growth. I personally expect strong movement in the altcoin market in the spring of 2020, statistically in the spring the market often comes to life in the spring.

Re: If You Bought Bitcoin Each Week in 2019, You’d Be up 49%
by
NeironixNV
on 29/11/2019, 08:37:09 UTC
If you would have averaged your Bitcoin buys weekly, you’d be up by almost 50% for the year—an impressive statistic that proves it is smart to spread out your buys.

Does averaging out your buys instead of going ‘all in’ make for a better strategy? With making large buys, it’s about timing the market. However, averaging out your Bitcoin buys over a longer period of time has brought great returns for investors this year.

Full news here

I honestly do not know what to say about this guys, but dang! If only I can afford buying Bitcoin every week and having guts of taking risks in this unpredictable market, for sure I would be in profits by now.

However, do you guys agree about this one? Up to this date, most of the market move are in favor of the bulls than the bears.

Even the bulls are pushing the price higher, the bears are not slowing down in pulling it back. We are still up by the way. From over $3k last January and now hovering around $7.2k after this year’s high of almost $14k.

Yeeap, and if we will continue buy it every week until 2020, i think We can make even bigger profits, at least 100%

Re: Biggest Shopping Mall in USA Goes All in BTC ATMs for Holiday
by

This is the biggest News for the adoption of bitcoin.  Time for bitcoin everywhere.  Smiley

Quote
“With the strategic timing of this new installation of Bitcoin ATMs at Simon Mall locations, customers can conveniently buy Bitcoin while doing their Black Friday and Christmas holiday shopping. Bitcoin is the perfect gift for family and friends this holiday season. Our Bitstop Bitcoin ATM mall locations are at the forefront of a trend as Bitcoin and digital currencies become part of the mainstream culture.”

Quote
This is another series of marquee locations after our recent Bitstop Bitcoin installation at the Miami International Airport back in October. We want to make sure our customers always have convenient access to our Bitcoin ATMs.
There are now over 130 convenient Bitstop Bitcoin ATM locations across the country, with many more growing every month. We intend to expand our Bitstop network to include 500+ locations by the end of 2020.”

Source: https://dailyhodl.com/2019/11/26/largest-shopping-mall-operator-in-the-us-goes-all-in-on-bitcoin-atms-for-holiday-shoppers/

Yes, this is really cool news for bitcoin, I read about it at neironix, though these ATMs are not very profitable in the plan of commissions, and they are very limited in terms of cashing out bitcoins into banknotes, I think that on such a day with discounts they should be emptied to $0.

Re: Long term hodl ! What a joke
by
NeironixNV
on 28/11/2019, 06:50:42 UTC
Why do you refuse to face the reality of the present state of the crypto market? I always laugh when I see people still talking about long term hodl when the reality is staring us in the face. Don't be a fool, only the smart are leading the race in the crypto sphere of today. Why do you decide to hodl when you know that the price may dump? Why not sell at the peak and then you can buy back at the bottom. The race is not to the fool but to the wise. Selling at the peak and buying back at bottom is wisdom but holding at the peak expecting a magic spike is foolishness. Bull run is not here yet, do not expect a magic spike. When the bull run is here, you don't need a prophet to tell you that. Be smart.

If investment is not your main income, but simply a means of accumulating capital, then why not just buy every month or week and accumulate cryptocurrency in your reserves. Doing your favorite thing without being distracted by market fluctuations, realizing that it will not go anywhere and will cost 3-4 times more expensive in a couple of years, why should a person who is not very keen on investments engage in speculation, when you can simply accumulate and remove these in a couple of years funds for your needs. You do not speculate on bank deposits, but simply deposit and continue to do your own business.

Re: The future of banking industry in blockchain
by
NeironixNV
on 28/11/2019, 06:45:36 UTC
Hey.
Yesterday I read an article about banks that began to use blockchain and there was pretty impressive list.
They're also described successful cases of using blockchain in banks (if you're interested - here's the article), so I may assume that using blockchain in bank's system is only a matter of time (and money, of course).

Now, the question: why it takes THAT long the smaller banks to go the same way and start using the blockchain?

I think this is due to the fears and indecision of many banks, because blockchain is a new technology, it needs to be implemented in an already functioning system, and these are new costs and risks for the bank. Therefore, many banks do not want to expose themselves to unnecessary costs while everything is working fine for them, so when innovators in the banking system fully implement blockchain and cryptocurrencies in their own structures and begin to move away from old banks, then they will start to move.

Purely theoretically, China can take control of bitcoin, as He is one of the leaders in Bitcoin mining. But I do not think that he will do this, now China is more interested in creating its own crypt, which will be 100% under its control. https://neironix.io/news/china_plans_release_national_dcrp

Re: Bitcoin Daily Living
by
NeironixNV
on 28/11/2019, 06:33:22 UTC
I don't live on crypto-only because I can't pay bills and buy food with it. I do however buy almost everything else with crypto and my income revenues include bitcoin as a payout method alongside all the normal banking ones and PayPal which is nice to see because being paid used to be a problem for me. They always wanted me to have a Paypal or something. The bank I use doesn't support Paypal.

How does the bitcoin debit system with Bitpay work? How has it been for you?
I am fully agree with you because I am not fully dependent on crypto daily as crypto is not allowed in the maximum countries including mine. We can't pay bills, withdraw money from atm or exchange crypto with fiat money directly.

Yes, in a small number of countries there are stores that accept bitcoins, so it is often used in online shopping and in very rare cases in real life, but I read at the neironix that ATMs that have received bitcoins in Black Friday have been put in the USA.

Recently there was news that 340,000 Ethereum was stolen from one of the top Korean exchanges, against this background, the market fell down, but I think it is temporary and all the same, bitcoin will stop and go into flat, and at that moment there will be some good movements on altcoins.

I expect the alt season in the spring of 2020, most likely closer to spring, statistically in the spring there are strong movements in the altcoin market, plus all this will be bitcoin halving, which also statistically more often provokes a long-term price increase.

Guys, see, i`ve found an interesting article https://neironix.io/news/researches/how_the_breakeven_level_of_mining_allows_one_to_determine_the_pivot_point_of_bitcoin

The price of bitcoin is now in the breakeven zone of many mining companies, the lower limit on the breakeven levels of miners is about $ 5,000, now we are in a large cluster of many breakeven levels of miners. So I think in the coming months we will see a reversal in the market and below $ 5,000 the price will not go away. Cool

Re: Is NOW the time to get into Ethereum ?
by
NeironixNV
on 27/11/2019, 08:54:23 UTC
Yes, I know that there are many coins , and everyone has a favourite. But with the Ethereum 2.0 upgrade close, the move to Proof of Stake and the performance improvements promised , is now the time to get seriously into Ethereum ? I discuss this in the following video , as well as the opportunity it provides :

https://youtu.be/O8gTpGu9D_c

By the way , if you forward to 13:15 I also share my equation for getting Bitcoin at a lower price

I agree ethereum now looks extremely good for medium-term purchases. In winter and spring, a good news background awaits ETH, plus I read at neironix, that the market will be fueled by news about bitcoin halving, which most often also positively affects the growth of bitcoin prices, and if bitcoin grows, this is only a plus for ethereum.

Below is the official link of the news

https://www.fidelitydigitalassets.com/news-perspectives

Fidelity international sets up a subsidiary company to foray into crypto market known as "Fidelity Digital Assets" and the NY license is granted to them!

While it's a good news in general, but their business is open for only institutional investors and not common people like you and I.

Yes, this is really cool news, which only confirms and gives at least some guarantees for the long-term prospects of cryptocurrencies, so we buy bitcoin and HODL.  Cheesy
