Re: NVIDIA is cutting the 3060's Hash Rate in Half & NEW Mining specific GPU's

Instead of just ramping production they rather shoot themselves in the foot.
Smart strategy.

At the end of the day Nvidia should ONLY care about the price gauging going on and nothing else.

Either that or make a viable mining card that competes Mh vs Mh to regular gpus. None this gimped CMP crap that will ultimately cost more to purchase and use more power.  This is like MPG all over again.  This new shinny car does 30mpg, on a 16gallon tank and produces 300hp.  Cool, we currently get 45mpg on a 9 gallon tank producing 450hp so what benefit do we get switching? Nothing?  Ok, you can keep the car and I'll keep doing what I'm doing.

I would prefer if they sold it before it goes obsolete and while still very profitable

He doesn't seem to understand why there is so much negativity surrounding this...

Do you have any suggestions for what new to add to the miner?

Some information about the GPU (temperature, fan speed, power draw...) would be nice.

This.

I used it for about a week on my RTX 2070 rig and was getting between 42-44 Mhs per card using Core -200, +800 Mem, 70 PL
switched to another miner?

Nope still using it. 42.65 mhs.

If you have 3 rigs/machines or less I recommend Screenconnect.  If you have more than 3 you'll need a subscription ($24/month on monthly for 10 rigs).

I've started work on the GUI (pretty raw currently).
If anyone would like to contribute (looking for people that know C# in any capacity) please send me a PM and we can talk.

I've also go ahead and setup a Slack server, and once Tutu sends me his details I'll hand over ownership.

@@CPUMINING=ENABLE does not work.
CPU does not benchmark or enable.
Wonder if this requires a Group (I have no groups set and it recognizes everything else).

Edit* The proper config is "ENABLED" and not "ENABLE" my mistake.

I use my desktop when not using it, but with the GPU groups, AMD miners are wrong.  It launches the identical miner for my Nvidia card.

@@GPUGROUPS=[{"GroupName" : "NVIDIA","Type":"NVIDIA","GpuPlatform":"0","Gpus":"0"} , {"GroupName" : "AMD","Type":"AMD","GpuPlatform":"1","Gpus":"0"} ]

PlatformId Type

         1 Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.

I've tried GPUPlat 1 or 0 and GPUs 1 or 0 and same result.  Any idea?

Your GPU is 1, play with GPUplatform value.

GpuList.bat GPU platform data are not correct, I´m looking for an alternative.

I think rule could be....AMD GPU Platform equal to

0: only AMD, no integrated GPU
1: only AMD, with integrated GPU
1: AMD and NVIDIA mixed rig, no integrated GPU
2: AMD and NVIDIA mixed rig, with integrated GPU

Nothing seems to trigger the AMD card at all.  It opens CCMiner two times for every benchmark regardless of the setting.
MPM works fine, it auto detects and sets the parameters automatically.  I would take a look at that.

I still can't get this to work.  The console window closes out after about 15 seconds, Zecminer doesn't start (just shows the commands in my bat file).  Even add PAUSE did nothing.
Can't create log file either.

No idea why as I've disabled my AV/Win Defender.
Using Crimson ReLive drivers with R9 270X (also have a GTX 1070) in my desktop.
Other rigs are fine.

Monero - CPU mineable.

I have tried monero CPU mining using i5 CPU core at minergate and didn't get any yields. What's wrong?

Minergate is what's wrong.

Here are screenshots of my online wallet and the transaction page of xmr.suprnova.cc

The transactions without a tx id were deducted from my xmr.suprnova.cc wallet but never received in my online wallet.

I have tried every form of communication that I know of with ocminer and have been ignored.

Here are other threads with people that have done the same. Only one has been resolved after weeks of the user posting on the forum.

Post the Transaction ID.
There also has been 0 activity on that wallet, and I highly doubt you constantly change your wallet address, when you have that many coins sitting in the pool.

This smells and looks like bullshit.
