I don't know what you mean by soft cap.  There is no minimum cap and the hard cap is 10 million dollars.

The coins can be used on the exchange on the site to trade/buy the coins used in VR games. 

"Why should anyone invest here?"
The coins have usefulness.  Anything of use carries with it an inherent value. Making it possible that an investment "may" bring a person profits.  Just like many other tokens.

"How many coins will be issues?"
That depends on how many are purchased.  Asked me that once the ICO ends and I can give you the exact number of coins issues to the public.

"What is the expectation of the price per coin?" 
If you asking how many coins per 1 ETH?  it is currently 785.68 Neverdie toekns per eth and 1964.20 Teleport Tokens per eth.  If your asking what the expectation is for the value of the coins in the future?  I couldn't tell you I am not a person who can accurately tell you information about the future.

I believe the cap is the target 10 million.

10 million is a target not a minimum.  I don't believe the dev team set a minimum only a target goal and cap.
