I am still not able to enter a wallet address in order to cash-out. Can you please reset my pin?

Other people are having similar issues and I am not sure if these are being addressed.

your 'Password Reset' function does not seem to function so we are unable to reset passwords/ pins ourselves.

Unfortunately my coins are held on your site until you can help.

Can you unlock my account please?  Entering pin number logs me out of site.

If this does not work is there anyway to reset the pin?

Did you enter the correct PIN value when entering your payout address? You should see the place to enter it
below where you put your payment address.

Hi fcmatt,

I'm pretty sure that the pin is correct.  Any ideas what I can do if the Pin is not what I thought it was?

I can log in to the site ok but just cannot update any of my account details.

Really frustrating as I want to go back to mining this pool but have stopped for now.
