I bought BIC and withdraw BIC to myetherwallet successfully.I just contact support and wait,it is work. I think the problem is yourself.

If you send your coin to bittrex, binance, bitfinex or any other exchange site. Your money will also be sent on one of their extra wallets .Do you know that ?
