Check that link itself not the website, maybe its in a hidden sector where it cannot be detected by virustotal
Even if its a false positive, its very strange that you would name a webpage like that, its still makes me very skeptic

If I were you I would check my PC with some anti-malware software like Malwarebytes or similar.
Anyhow, I agree with you that dev should reply on your suspicions by now. We haven't heard anything from him more than a week.

Every single time I open the Virocoin core, my antivirus detects this virus. Now I`ve been using virocoin for about 2 months now, but i just recently changed antivirus.
It smells like a scam to me. If you see closely, the virus is exactly on the main website virocoin.com/hfiasuhfiasi

Why would you have a webpage named /asfoasjow98jodeasijfos at all?
Seems to me that the website owner tries to hide a sneaky virus on a randomly named .html webpage

Keep the wallet open, be patient. It will connect and sync.
My wallet is open for hours, but still without connections and out of sync.
Conf file is set properly.
Without the official node a fresh install of the wallet will not sync.
Add my peers to your conf file and your wallet will most likely sync.

Just wondering, in the beginning the distribution of coins supposed to be 50:30:20 and now you changed it to 50:40:10, why?

This is situation is really stupid.
First I do not get dev or devs, is there any problem that he/they can not solve or is it just a kid which mother forbid him/her to use pc few days.
I can not believe that his plan was to just dump small amount of coins for small price and than run away.
If there is some problem which the dev is not able to solve he should ask for help here, from community.
As I see MartinF was "Last Active: August 25, 2014, 08:40:07 PM" so he must be aware about this situation but do not have plan to answer any of questions that community have, or just to say something.
About hard fork and halving amount of coins that we own I do not think it is good.
Why should we do that and why is that needed? We have coins that we have, mining period is over, it is on exchange, we just need working wallet and marketing.
How do you know that address with 13XDE is dev's?
Is there anyone here who can say what is the problem with the wallet?

So.. someone make rare coin, promote it, give 20% to the people, 80% people mine few days to think it is fair, coin get to exchange, people that get coin from the giveaway sell it cheap, than miners in panic sell it also cheap, pseudo dev buy almost all coins at cheap price, release new wallet which work 3 days than lock coins, coins that are not on exchange are locked in wallets by purpose, so than price pump on exchange can be easy done with small coin supply, and finally sell coins 100X price.

coins are stacked in my Wallet for Days with no Syncing. I do regret why I did not sell all my coins.

We can keep the Name DoubleEaglecoin - but How abt the Ticker Should we change it?
And the Algo too we can move to X11 or just keep the X15.
There is no much to change on it any ideas?
If this one gonna be purely distribution based rather than mining then don't worry about the algo. You can keep x15 intact. All you need to do is to adapt some cool distribution model where everyone will be able to participate. And the Algo too we can move to X11 or just keep the X15.

Why half?
So that new comers will be able to took part. half would be okay so then we can grab interest from people not involved in the coin, this new coin will maintain and grow a good price (hopefully )
