If bitcoin got banned in one place I think it also includes altcoins. It depends on the regulations if there a good option aside from bitcoin then I'll go with it. I believe bitcoin will not be banned in long term because this market will stay with us and it will continue to help us.
Exactly, if you ban BTC you ban all crypto.

NEO is a strong platform because they had a big community and supported by lot of Chinese people, I also find a lot of new ICO's that is using NEO platform because they said that it is much secured compare to Ethereum platform.
Of course, I agree with your statement. NEO is a potential altcoin because it is a strong altcoin with an increasingly large community. However, for now ethereum is still the best, maybe one day NEO will follow it.During last time do a lot of bounties and get some different price. its near 17 numbers and all price according to the market no more then 350 USD for all... What you should recommend to do with this coins?
What you should do is hodl. Even when the price digits are 17digits it would someday go up and would definitely give you profit. As of now the market is starting to recover from the drop of the first quarter of this year.

You should have a high risk tolerance for investing in either. Thing is, such markets are entirely unregulated and volatile to a point that many people wouldn't be able to handle investments to it. If you don't have money you could afford to lose then I'd suggest not looking into it all that much, especially now that prices are at all time highs. Pls suggest...
bitcoin and ether going strong day by day i hope ether cross $5,000 and bitcoin cross $10,000 in this November.
Bitcoin is possible to reach 10k us dollar in this month or next month. But Ethereum is not reach 5k us dollar in this month or next year also. Ethereum is the centralized cryptocurrency. It will not sudden raise in market. Your prediction is not possible in current market. I think Ethereum is reach 500 us dollar is possible for this November.

Recently, I was thinkig. Is there really any reason for the BTC to be the market leader? The only thing that is giving the value to BTC is pretty much the fact, that it was the first crypto currency. It is the grandfather of all cryptos. But we know it has its flaws... It was never designed for broad usage, it has scaling issues and so on.
On the other hand, we were given ETH. The Crypto Kitties or w/e the awesome internet meme ETH appliction is called showed us, that ETH network has issues with high amounts of usage. BUT, 90% of all altcoins are based on the ERC-20 standard, brought to us by ETH. The smart contracts using the Solidity are extremly good piece of technolgy.
So my question is. Do you think, that BTC will keep its leadership, or will ETH be the winner of this year and surpass its ancestor?

Bitcoin is the no. 1 still for me rather to Ethereum, especially the price value of bitcoin so far was reached the 8000$ in just a couple of days only. Maybe it happens because of the coming ETF again once bitcoin become approve by this ETF I think that's the time Bitcoin will goes up again.

I am in a middle of confusion right now of what kind of crypto i am going to invest. And i am planning to invest more than 50,000 PHP (Philipine Peso). With the money that is ready i am still in the confusion of what crypto to invest. Bitcoin was the originally my favorite to invest and i am a little bit worried with the current percentage of bitcoin price while ether has almost double now its price from its fall down to more or less 300 USD ether now gone to almost 600 USD. If i have 50,000 that time maybe my money now goes to 100,000 PHP if i invested in ether. But still bitcoin is more popular and i guess in the month of BER from SEPTEMBER - DECEMBER i am speculating that bitcoin will surge again. SO which is which crypto to invest? ETHER ? or BITCOIN?
You do not confuse yourself mate. I see the people invested on various cryptos from your country. If you go to local section you may get the assistance from the Filipinos itself.
Personally I suggest you to invest on NEO, NEM, EOS and IOTA. I believe these coins have the big potential in the market mate.
If you invest on bitcoin also you will be able to get the profit on it accordingly.

Long time holding is a smart thing to do as far as crypto currency is concern. I have realize that, investors try to play smart in the crypto business in that, they begin to dump most tokens to cause a decline in token prices. This will in turn pave way for them to buy more tokens in other for them to hold for long and sell at higher prices when token values shoot up. In spite of this, is long term holding a smart thing to do as a bounty hunter and why?
all must analyze what coins are held. whether it has the potential to rise in the long term or not.if misaligned and left behind the information then hold the coins will be useless.

Ethereum is one of Altcoin that has great potential for the future. So do not be surprised if many believe in Altcoin this one. And I think now is the right time to keep hold of Ethereum coins until the price is high again.I would rather say: this is the best altcoin. Certainly, it has a great potential. As for about the price of Ethereum, I can guess that even in 2019 it will cost at least 3-4 times more than now. Hold ETH.
If the SEC approves the ETF (and this is probably already inevitable), then the money will go to the market. And in this case, the growth of only 3-4 times - too pessimistic forecast!

Theoretically yes as these altcoins are created to have more advance technology than bitcoin,or to resolve the shortcomings of bitcoin.But as of now ther wont be any altcoin that could replace bitcoin as bitcoin is being paired to these altcoins,bitcoin will dictate the whole market's faith as it is the main and first cryptocurrency that ever existed.This is for all of us to gain knowledge between ALTCOINS and BITCOIN.

I would expect, because very often after such a sharp rise, there is often a fall, and this can be substantialRight now, price of ETH is low, is there again rise in the ETH ? I can see eth going above bitcoin because of combination between drop in the price of bitcoin and increase in the price of eth.
The prices of ETH and other alts as well as btc have been erratic during the past few months. It is hard to predict how the trend will go for the next days and months but one thing is consistent here and that is the rise after the fall, vice versa. So of course ETH will rise again but for now I can't say the same as it is going down as of the moment. Let's wait and see when it will bounce back again.
What coins do you suggest for long-term holding? Bitcoin and Ethereum excluded.

More than technology or usability, its speculation or we can say community awareness which determines price. I have seen many ICOs not even launched their product or service but still coin price went 10x the ICO price just on the basis of investors' speculation. For instance, check POWR.
Let me give you example, Apple shares decreased horribly the day Tim Cook announced 20% fall in Apple China's sale!
Same theorem works in crypto world too. Coin is wholly owned to open market and its price fluctuates hugely by buzz and FUDs!

I started to like crypto and being an enthusiast with it lately. I had read many articles around in the internet and found some good attributes regarding on the different kinds of crypto in the crypto market. And i found out that ethereum is a platform which also supports mostly of the altcoins being introduce by its mean using ICO. Conducting a project from the crowds budget and in return from the contributions are the giving of tokens instead. And afterwards the tokens will be used in an exchange they prefer to partner with. yeah, I think about that too., that the ethereum is the best alternative coin and it is next to the bitcoin. it is obvious. because in any site about the ranking of coins, ethereum are always next to the bitcoin. plus the characteristic of it's that it stable, have an affordable price and low transaction. it is really worth itWell if i were you i would not put all of my money into only one coin. Ethereum will be good you are right but you can make much profit if you put your split your investments in couple of high potential coins.
This is the right thing to do a decision where in you are able not to put all your profit in just one basket cause the right thing to do is you have atleast more basket that you can have a choice for. There is some altcoin that has a potential just pick the best.
