i used to think stablecoin like usdc are safe but now it is clear if someóne had controlled they can froze it anytime
no matter how big the amount is or where its stored

i get that thEre was the court order & some serious accusation
but it still feel thr strange that one company can just lock million like flipping a switch funny

make me think twice about holding anything in centralized
Although decentralized really does mean more freedom in cases like this

curious if anyone here still trusts usdc after this or is it time to move away

hey so i had read how tether says they are leaving europe

because of the new MICA LAW
but now i see 2 company backed by the tether just launched new stable coin in europe that's EURR & USDR

they say these coin follow the rule but they still use
tether tech behind their scene
so it feel like tether did not really leaves they just changed cloths kind of funny isn't

i am not sure how to feel about it
like on one hand they are following the law
on the other
it feels like they are just finding a way to stay without saying it out that loud

i am wondering what do you think
is these smart is it sneaky or just how business work this day

so i was reading about something called the DAO https://ethereum.org/en/dao/
it was these old thing on the ethereum where people tried to run an organization with no bosss
just code making decision money is handled by the smart contract
no manager no politics no one is in charge
just software rules

and that got me thinking like

what if we did that same things
but for the whole country
like imagine no president no politician no minister
just the system like bitcoin / ethereum that runs everything with the code

what if taxes got collected by the code/ not some officer just automatice - money go exectly where it should
like the code says 20% goes to the education
boom it is done
no delay no scam

and peoples like you and me we vote on laws straight from our phone on the blockchain
safe secure & no cheating everyone can see the vote
no one can lie about the results

Rules are written in something like an open sources constitution
so if someone want to changes a law
they need enough people to agree with them
and it is all public no backroom deals
no secret changs

basically no leader
just us and the rules we agree on
and the code make sure those rules happen exactly how we said

feels crazy right
but think about Upi In India you send money to someone
no banker no delay
just boom  money is sent
pure code

same with bitcoin no company runs it no ceo but still it work
people trust it more than some banks

so if money can run without the bank
can a country run without a government?

i am not saying code is perfect it has no feeling no understanding
like if someone’s sick or poor code won’t feel badhumans care sometime
and that matters too

so Maybe that is the question

can we trust just logic & code or  do we still need human making emotional decision

Could a code-based country work would it be more fair
or would it be cold and robotic

Downloading image with WhatsApp could be dangerous although
I have hear that news but I think it's only for the old version of the WhatsApp currently no such issue.
Except if we are opening the Exe and Apk file or some bat file

But yes surely scary to think that even something as Simple as that's opening a photo can put your privacy and funds at risk generally it's trick I will say to open the exe and apk file

I think we should not download any .apk or .exe even if it looks harmless we should always download from offical sources
But yes to take precaution I definitely check my WhatsApp setting & stop automatic download Better safe than sorry 😀

In Future if we create the AI version / digital clone of ourself
Do you think we could pass on our btc to them when we die
Instead of just giving  our bitcoin to just our family they may not use them wisely
Maybe I think the AI knows us deeply could take care of our money & handle the thing exactly how we would do
And these Ai can follow our requirements like pay bill donate investing
/ even giving some to our families when the time is  right come The AI can acts like the trusted helper or digital executor nor just keep that btc lockes away

What do you think could AI become our digital clone & financial manager after the death How would that even work in that case

I am Just wondering do you ever think in the far future we could use btc to send money b/w different planet like from Earth to Mars is that even possible

Like With all that the time delay & no Global Government / system in space then how could that even work?
Would we need the separate blocKchain for each of the planet?

Look i overall think it's really biased

What I discover that
Senior memeber generally send their Merit to other Senior memeber only
even you see the post of other Sen. Member not good still they send the Merit and they expect the other memeber to sent them back as well

On the other hand you took your time understand the thing and then write your post and it goes un-noticed
But on the other side a post just below your post and it just say
Ya Really cool I like it/or full ai generated
And you will see they got merit
it hurt isn't

And the point is that they will say you need to write good Quality & helpful post
to get merit but if you check their profile then you observe your post has more meaningful then there
And you can't say hey look my post & see if you like it merit me

But if a newbie even get a single merit after writing good Quality post I remembered when I get my first merit I am really happy for almost a month

So to get the attention of there hard Work they started to create topic and post and then some Senior memeber say you know like that we should not allow newbies to create topic post....

Isn't that a mental pressure or kind of frustrating

I understand that sending merit to right person is really hard
But the best thing we can do is it to Stop Expecting that's the only Solution and keep ourself frustrated

Bro AI & btc are two different thing
AI is the tool that help us with task and assignment
while btc is the money that work on their own

Right now I dont see that
Ai making more peoples to use the Btc I mean influence it
Maybe like in the future
AI may help in improvement of btc technology
but for now they are really working separately
I think it's a long time when these will the possibility
Who know

Even with CBDC or btc
We still need these electricity for sending the transaction
If the power will goes down then both will run into problem like our phone our internet & Networks all rely on the power fam

Power cut is the better energy system
