I've read about this news lately seems like samsung is trying to give life again to older phones by using them in creative ways such us security cameras and bitcoin miner (grouping 40 phones S5) that run on a custom OS not android. well I don't remember exactly the moment but it was around 2013 or 2014.

I'm fully comfortable that he is accepting bitcoin sounds like a wise decision even though that's a lot of money.

How to contact the developers? I contacted the OP here, in the official forums I contacted this guy called "deeper" and I posted a thread but no single answer 
90% of your onions must be available in your garden to receive airdrops.
Only 10% of your onions can be plucked from your garden.
and that's the case, no? I have 292 out of 322 that I have received. isn't that less then 10% ? but the site is showing that I got blacklisted?

With new coming system, all applicant accounts will be reviewed by some staff before accepted to airdrops. 1 liners, waked up accounts, low quality posters etc will be denied. To increase your chance to be accepted we suggest applicants to register in official forums and contribute there.

If someone from the team could explain whats going on here? I received the Airdrop from yesterday. I got 322 DeepOnion, I only sent 30 to an exchange (+ the fees) which is a little bit less then 10% and I still got blacklisted? I have sent the funds back to the address I enrolled with as requested too.
HOW TO PREVENT TO GO BELOW 90% OF AIRDROP WHEN SENDING FEW COINS
IMPORTANT, when you send coins with DeepOnion or any other bitcoin/altcoin it might happen when you send 10 Onions, 500 Onions will be removed from your Airdrop address. This is very normal, and coins do not disappear, but get move to a change address in your wallet. So total amount in your wallet is still the same! It is only very important now, because you might get banned from airdrop!! because it looks like you used much more than the allowed 10% from Airdrop.
If you want to prevent to miss next or any airdrop in future when sending only few accounts, do this before sending any coin:
1. go to Settings - Options - Display in your wallet and select the ticker at coin control options:
2. now go to Send Coins and you will see you have option to specify change address, activate the option and add here your Airdrop address.
this will prevent your change coins of going to a new, not airdrop registered address.
IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND THIS, DONT TOUCH YOUR WALLET FOR 40 WEEKS BECAUSE YOU MIGHT GET BANNED FROM FUTURE AIRDROP!

Check the quote of an earlier post of me above.
Most likely you got some coins moved to a change address. (which is different than you airdrop address!)
If you don't know what you are doing not not touch your wallet, till the airdrop is over!!
Register at official forums and be nice to the devs, maybe they can help out!

I believe that its impossible to do so, probably because they have a lot of users and they want to keep logs of everything in a clean way. I have tried Hitbtc and you can generate as many addresses as you want, for Bitcoin Cash or anything else.

If the card is already out there, does it mean that people are already earning Ether from the transactions that are happening or not yet? when did the shipping for the cards start? because looking at the price of the PAY token, It doesn't seem like anything big is happening or about to happen.
If you can't export your private key in a click of a button then Its useless I'd say also a lot of people are using the ERC20 tokens and not ethereum itself so again, they will be losing a lot of users If they are not supporting that, I say Myetherwallet is still a better alternative for the moment.
And probably last question, what are pros and cons of using paper wallet like this instead of Electrum one that other user said?
Paper and desktop wallets are not made for same purpose. Paper wallets are mostly for long term storage, basically you print, send the funds there and forget about them while desktop wallet are mostly for daily uses. As for the security, If your PC is not infected then your wallet is safe, and for the paper, as long ans you are hiding it in a safe place, you are fine.
I don't think storing your funds in cold storage is necessary at this point as this is no a big amount. I'd go with Electrum If I were you. If you ever printed a wallet (steps given by the user above) then you simply need a wallet that scan private keys and import them such as Coinomi or you can import them to Electrum, Bitcoin qt etc.

I'm a bit skeptical and I'm not sure which one to go with. I know that Monaco will launch at the end of the month but what about TenX, can people order the cards yet? I'm not in a hurry to earn money but since the ICOs happened almost in the same time and both projects are targeting the same type of users, I'd like to know the current roadmap for this project and act based on it.

The forum itself have no specific rules regarding this. If you mean the ability to join multiple signatures campaign at the same time then no, campaigns usually ask for users to only wear their signatures otherwise they don't get paid but If you mean enrollment into different campaigns using different accounts then, unless you are not spamming, you should be fine.
