There are few ways to select your exchange since some coins are not listed or traded on some exchanges.
You will have some upper hand if the coin is listed on CMC or similar services, just look for the coin, you will see some of the exchanges trading it then visit https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges and choose from the first 50.

Its too early to blame bakkt and think they have not done anything, we have all forgotten in a hurry that some exchanges were hacked and Cryptos were stolen, that alone is a big set back when they dump it.

Re: Investors are impatient and too quick to judge projects
by

It usually surprise me when I see investors complaining about a good project that didn't increase  or providing returns immediately it got listed on the exchange and they term it scam or say different things like rekted.
But the truth is, are these investors investing in the project because they believe in it or are they just in it for the immediate profit and move on?  Because if you are investing in a project because you believe in it then you should be willing to HODL the tokens and wait for the team to gradually deliver the project and meet its necessary roadmap before you judge it and not condemn it on its first listing.

There are lots of factors contributing to the investors mixed feelings about any project especially when it value falls below 75% of the ico value.

Most investors that often buys into a project ico are already used to the traditional stock exchange and 50% reductions in share price simply means that the company is having problem and might fold up.

Most ICO project often have road map which investors expects them to maintain and follow truthfully.

Above all, people invest in any project for profits and will surely be unhappy if they did not see the expected profits within 12 months after the end of the ico.

Re: Yanubuks - FAKE TEAM | stock photo

After seeing all the drama and the reaction towards my announcement thread and the negative feedback, this is what i discovered and i will like people to learn one or two things.

1, Do not recruit team members from the btctalk forum.

2, Most DT members here ( not all) abuse their position by tagiing account without questioning or giving chance for fair hearing

3, The ico scam busters are likely to be scammers themselves but only time shall tell.

4, Know your team in details ( Not doing this is not enough to tag ceo account and that is injustice) because efforts are been made to remove those fake team members with fake pictures

5, check the list of the project called scam here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5053066.0 most of them are doing welll with exchange listing and real product)

6, I am in no doubt that this drama is linked to a scammer that demanded 0.50 btc from me otherwise he will blackmail my project (I recruited him from here)

7, A good scam buster also have layed down instruction with scientific approach to make good project to work and not to condemn entirely despite all evidence of company registration.

8, Madam Lauda, my account  is not hacked or bought, i have been here all along.

NO EVIL DONE TO MAN BY A MAN SHALL GO UNPUNISHED, IF NOT VISITED BY A MAN, IT SHALL BE SURELY VISITED BY GOD.
LET EVERY MAN'S CONSCIENCE JUDGE THEM ACCORDINGLY.

... My name is Adekunle Felix, i am the CEO of Yanubuks LTD UK
... Our project is not scam ....
... We hired Vlad as a CMO...

Hello Mr. Adekunle,

Now another fake team member was discovered and you say that your project is not a Scam?
That is exactly what scammers are doing nowadays - They have a fake team and they blame someone else.

It is your responsibility to protect investors and to guarantee the authenticity of your team. You are failing in every aspect at this moment to show transparency.
It appears that no investors will be safe investing in your project because NOW your entire team is very suspicious.

How many more fake members are there?

I do not understand your position any longer, i will appreciate if you can mention the suspicious person name.

can you explain in details?

To have not only one, but two members caught with a fake identity, make your entire team suspicious.

Why dont you provide a video with your whole team talking about your project and the doubts will be clear.

"How many more fake members are there?"   What didn't you understand about this question? it is pretty clear as it can be. Two members already caught, how many more fake members are there?

To be honest you deserve to be tagged with a red trust and we will give you one if you fail to provide evidence that your team is real. The crypto community is tired of listening to the same lame excuse of CEOs saying they didnt know the team member was fake - Why dont you make a video conference with these people before hiring them?
And as I mentioned, it is your responsibility what you publish on your website and whitepaper, so it is all your fault.

Your suggestions are useful and i do not condone scams as well, i will require all team members to make a video recording of them talking about our project and any member that fails to do it at a specified timeframe shall be removed from the team (Zero tolerance to scam)

Your contributions are useful not to my project alone but to any upcoming ico projects.

However the project launch and sales shall be suspended until the video illustratrations about the project is done.
The project sales and launch shall continue since my account have been tagged with red trust while the peaceful explanations are been made. This does not however stops the video illustrations of the project by the team members.

Thank you.

You do a bad job. I will give another example that I did not include in the charge, because there is a correct link to linkedin
But all this speaks about the quality of the work done.
Who do you pay money for such work?

You do not have any serious issue about this candidate otherwise i will remove him too because i can not condone illegal or dubious character.

No one, people shared there Linkedin profile link and the picture was copied from there.

Thank you for your efforts in ensuring a scam free ico environment.

Greetings to the noble members of this forum.

I am deeply impressed by the beautiful job done by the scam busters +1.

My name is Adekunle Felix, i am the CEO of Yanubuks LTD UK no. 11637046  (type yanubuks in the search box at https://uk.companiesdb.net/company-search or any uk company search website) for company details

Our project is not scam by all standard however building team in any business involves recruiting people and most of this people may not be known beyond the information they supplied and the cryptocurrency world is not diffrent as well.

We hired Vlad as a CMO because he applied from our https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5095441.msg49588339#msg49588339 just like other people and we considered him when the CMO for the project is needed.

We requested for the Linkedin profile which he provided, we are not scammers and we do not which to have anything to do with scammers.

We hereby removed Mr Vlad Miler as our CMO due to dishonesty and non declaration of true picture and hereby declare the position vacant.

Thank you for the job well done, you might have saved us an impending future danger or problems.

A ready to launch ico project requires the service of a CMO.

Payment method - BTC/ETH

Payment term - 50% at softcap and 50% at ico completion.

Interested person should send pm.

Thank you.

If I am to work for this kind of arrangement, I'd rather want to have an escrow for encase you don't reach the softcap, you won't be paid. I'm sure a marketing staff can workout to market a project but if the project isn't really that good, the cponcept isn't marketable, I think even the best marketing and SEO guys on the internet may not succeed to get 50% fee.

We are actually looking for someone that have interest in our project and not those that are only after making money off us.
How can you promote a project if you consider it not marketable ?

The position of CMO is still open.

What's the role of active team members?
Can you give me the job description for being a team member?
I hope this isn't associated with a scam.

The role of active members are the followings
1, They should be available to respond to questions about the project on any forum we are operating e.g this forum, telegram, reddit etc

2, They are to contribute intelligently when the discussion about this project are been done especially by other team members.

3, they should be willing to disclose their linkedin profile identity and not to plead anonymous.

The above are the major importance of an active team.

This project is real and not scam, we have come to stay.
