these types of errors cannot be resolved unless the deposits are made on the Solana network. You were supposed to send USDC (Polygon) because you requested the deposit in USDC, but you sent USDT (Polygon) instead, so your funds have been lost on the network and cannot be recovered.
The address to which you sent the USDT is clearly visible, and if you had correctly sent USDC, your deposit would have arrived successfully in your account.
Next time, either send via the Solana network or make sure not to send the wrong token when using another network.
Please improve the deposit system to avoid confusion. Why don't you provide your own deposit address?

Deposits with solana network (0% fee) are really fast, withdrawals are instant and there is a 0,5% fee.
The deposit system is working fine and very easy to use, you just have to get used to it, just like with the other cashier systems on other sites.
