in other words, the entire pool (2 000 000 JRT ≈ 200 000$) will be not divided with participants accordingly stakes earned?
Pool will depend on the number of total stakes (with all participants), I doubt that 2m stakes will be done to end of the company. maximum 5-10k
I want to know the pool is it a constant and unchanged value or not ?

Might be tricky though, most citizens of the MENA region have nothing to do with finance, don't own a bank account and are not interested in owning one, only care about cash, etc. Good luck though!
Really? It is really hard for me to imagine a cash-only, unbanked society. How do they get by with only cash? They do not pay goods and services online? How do businesses collect money if not through a bank or electronic payment?
I am sure businesses are using banks transfer all the time but regular people might not rely that heavily on credit cards and banks but even it this case you can use other ways to acquire crypto.
I think many people there don't buy everything online so cash is extremely useful. People have smart phones though and you could sell crytp gift cards on shops where you buy credit for your phone.
Well, I am not from the MENA region so to get an inside look from someone who is from there, can be very helpful. If the people there really only use cash the most time, it can be pretty hard to get them to switch to cryptos.

... And we want the support from the "whales"Arab princes investing in crypto would really be interesting as it could lead to the broader population of the area becoming interested in crypto.
This would be a form of income sharing among the less fortunate, unfortunately there are not many nobles with this interest, I think if there is interest on the part of these in the crypto, it will always be something with retained information. But your thinking is inspiring.

i see these Menapay team on social media a lot, they always attend meetings, i think team is hardworking and this is the most important thing for me to specify if the project is good or not. i think MenaPay can be successful.
It seems to me that in light of recent exit scams, team is one of the most important factors when it comes to choosing which ICO to join. If a team is willing to show their identity in different events, that means they are not likely to try to scam their investors.
Yeah exactly.
If team not revealing themselves and just putting some pictures on the website. It means scam is a high possibility.

And a little bit before at 0:38 "each transaction also needs to be witnessed by at least two people".
That means MenaPay and MenaCash must only be traded on-chain, which disqualifies almost every crypto exchange.

Almost every exchange? Are you saying that there are some that qualifies?
I also think he means DEX. In a few months or years there will be better ones where you can trade coins not only ethereum tokens.

I agree here. government doesn't want any market that is untaxed and closely monitored. that's a threat to their existence.
To my knowledge, the markets aren't untaxed. It's about anonymity of communication, not the anonymity of markets. I mean they have a build in kyc for christ sake.
yes, as far as i know all market is taxes. in japan, all market is self regulated but government still take taxes from them. CMIIW
There are certainly some countries where you dont have to pay taxes, f.e. the Cayman Islands.

I guess this project needs to have a more serious marketing campaign especially in social media as I can see their Twitter's last activity was on October 31 or better yet they could have a more aggressive bounty campaign to further spread the word about this project.
Is there a social media network for the Mena region? Like russia has its own network maybe they have as well. But I agree that they should be more active on the bigger networks.
I sort of living in a MENA country, there are no special social media networks for this region, people are using mostly facebook, twitter, instagram etc.
Besides that, social media is crucial in everything. They should be more active.
I have still my doubts that social media is so important. Sure, some investors will probably learn about the project on Twitter and co. but I think the influence is overrated.

What can we expect from a unregulated market. Fraud is prevalent. Each person for his own good
Everyone has to do their own research in this market at this moment. The market is too much red for all the crypto and ICO's too not getting much investment.
Not only scammers among the ICOs. I would say that most of the projects failed to deliver their promises (some projects promised the sky and the stars and it was obvious they would have a hard time to stand to their promises). So I guess investors nowadays don't get hyped so easily again.
We, the community have to make sure to keep the economy clean of scam projects, thats the only way people will start to trust crypto again and return to it as investors which will bump the prices up again.

Why in fevruary? You are expecting market growing in February or what? Many people expecting big grow in december this year (as many exist news coming like Bakkt launch).
Seeing how difficult it is in the current market situation for ICOs to raise money, it totally makes sense to wait (and hope for the crypto market to recover) to start the ICO.
I think crypto is at the right price now. Why does everyone thinks this is the low ?
Because only 1 % of my friends know someting about crypto.

Well, let's see if they will really work on this project. They have a lock in period of every tokens and I think they are protecting it on the current dump market now, I hope the intentions
are good and rest assured, I will be watching this project and share here what I read including my own speculation.

is KYC is done by DUSK or 3rd party involve? are they going to provide similar security?

What dividends you mean? They offering dividends from payment platform profit? And if you will have dividends, thats mean that they have security tokens?
Basically yes to both. you can only pay dividends if you make profit and if you pay dividends to token holders the tokens would indeed be security tokens.
So in this way they much have approve from SEC? or is they going to work in the Middle East they must follow to their law only?

Why you have established so big min amount for token sale? 5k usd is quite much in this market. I want to buy some tokens, but this is large amount for me...
Well you can buy it on exchange later, I also want to buy it on exchange. So when will the token be listed on exchange? I can have some preparations.I think relatively shortly after the end of the sale but most teams are not allowed to talk about listings until they are announced.

So is this like PayPal for crypto? So far I saw pundix, coss and utrust trying to do that but I don't see tangible results so far

Their original idea was to deliver a one stop platform for crypto, means and exchange and a payments gateway but they're struggling on doing the first one and they don't even developing the second

Would be nice if Ternion platform allow advance trading feature from beginning of platform like stop loss, trailing etc. Many trader is like that but needed to use 3rd party today. One way to attract more users and raise volume i think.
BTC and USD will already be released in the test version, there are sure to be recently finished projects in their iCOS and other renowned looking for listing, I hope the Team will analyze this
They should really think about some other innovations in order not to get swamped by other new exchanges which are growing like mushroom lately. They are in a got position right now but they need to keep up also in the future.
