@Lafu, what does my case look like? Is yours wonderful, improved support able to do more than send me automatic template apologies? At my coupon #178841 only some beautiful assurances come, that you are already dealing with the case, but my withdrawal INN coins is still blocked ("Processing") from 70 days. I could sell them at a much better rate during this time, now I am losing 0.25 BTC. Or during this time, I could receive awards for the masternode.
And Cryptopia does not see any problem in this? Why do you treat your clients like that?

You have a reply on the Ticket , i put it on a admin to get into it !  Should be sorted soon !

Regards Lafu

Yes, I got the answer for my ticket, thank you for taking care of it. But the answer came on 19/03/2018, which is 26 days ago, and my problem with the withdrawal of funds is still unresolved. As you can see, for Cryptopia the word "soon" means something completely different that for me.
For comparison, I will write that I recently needed help from Bittrex support. After 2 hours, the support answered, solved the problem and the case was closed. Cryptopia can not or does not want to withdraw my coins from 05/02/2018, which is already over two months..

Why do we need these LTC or DOGE markets, if it is impossible to withdraw coins from the exchange for weeks and months?

I have been using Cryptopia for a few years now, and have never had a problem withdrawing anything at all.
Always check the wallet is not in maintenance first though Smiley
I highly recommend Cryptopia and now that LTC and Doge markets are back, its almost perfect in my opinion  Smiley

You're lucky. You do not have to give children's advice in style: check if the wallet is active and has connections, because it has. The problem with withdrawals occurs in some currencies when you try to withdraw the entire sum in one transaction, for example for a masternode (read earlier in this thread what it looked at marvel213). The most annoying thing is, that you wait 40 days for a support response that gives nothing and that does not solve the problem. It looks like Cryptopia blocked larger payments (maybe they lost liquidity because someone robbed them) or launched masternodes from customers' funds.
What about the fact that, as Lafu claims, they hired new people, since these people can do nothing? Can the support employee not just cancel the transaction that did not go to the blockchain and allow the customer to try again? It all stinks at a distance and shows that something is wrong with Cryptopia.

When will work the withdrawal of coins from the exchange? My withdrawal # 3604465 stuck for 7 days. Can you fix it? Thanks.

They do not have time for crap like users with withdrawals problems. As you can see, they earn bitcoins on new currencies added to the exchange (MAG, ZNY, INPAY). My withdrawal has been waiting currently ("Processing") for two months and nothing. Avoid this exchange.

The fucking motherfucker Cryptopia!

1 day XVG  Processing!!!

Why do you have fun with other money Huh

I can not trade! Price decreases

FCK YOUUU CRYPTOPIA!

https://kephost.com/image/JaGa

Did you write to the support about that?

the support that takes 3 weeks to respond if at all...??
Are you sure?
I have few TKT's pending from Feb 02 with no fucking reply
Some of TKT's are been solved without any info and reply, Don;'t expect anything better from Cryptopia please, If you can just get your coins and try different Exchange.
@Cryptopia and @ Lafu I can see Charts about there new support upgrade and new hires and all that fucking bullshit, Please don't show how many people you have or how many people hire this month or last month, if you can than please show your work, Clear withdrawal which are pending from 2 months already.

I confirm! My INN coins are waiting from 5 February, that is 51 days, they have "Processing" status all the time and nothing can be done with them. After 40 days, support said, "I have escalated this to our Admin team to manually reprocess." Another week passed and nothing has changed.

And what does Cryptopia do during this time? They are adding new coins, instead of helping to solve previous problems! Of course, money is always useful for them, but the problems of current users are ignoring. I can not listen anymore about improving Cryptopia support, because these are ordinary lies.

What a nightmare.  I just sold all my coins @ 0.44 bitcoin loss.  Moved my coins to a competent exchange.

Time to move on.  Goodbye Craptopia.  Good riddance.
Then Relax!  Smiley This simply good move rather just complaining about Cryptopia. Heard ETN blockchain had a chain split, so if anything it's Electroneum's fault. So, If you have enough ETN try trade into Btc.

Wasn't talking about ETN man.  Cryptopia held my coins hostage for 1 month and 8 days.  I lost .44 bitcoins because of them.

I'm glad they finally returned your funds. My INN transfer is still waiting as "Processing", 1 month 10 days currently. No response to the support ticket.

We need more exchanges, add our coin to cryptopia Grin

Cryptopia now has a lot problems with deposits, withdrawals and users support. Ticket's response time is already about one month. They have registered too many new users and their system can not handle this. 1.5 million new accounts have been added in the last two months.

What is the maximum transaction size for XRX?

When I try to make 20000 XRX payments, everything is fine, for 30000 XRX the "Transaction is too big" message already appears. These 30000 XRX are about 140 inputs from blocks containing 220 XRX.

you can't send more than 20000XRX at a time (unless I suppose you increase the fee)

edit: the gui wallet does not support changing the fee yet

Increasing the fee does not change anything. Increasing the fee from 0.0001 to 1, that is 10,000 times, does not allow me to transfer 40,000 XRX. What is the maximum block size for XRX in bytes? The problem probably lies in the fact that the 40000 consists of 180 inputs from blocks of 220 XRX and in total these transactions exceed the size of a single block in kilobytes.

In any wallet I do not see the "coin control" function, which allows me to combine selected entries into groups by sending them to myself and thus reducing the size of the transaction.

We need a whitepaper, where the technical details of the XRX currency will be clearly described - not only the maximum amount and time of the block, but also the algorithm of decreasing the number of coins in blocks over time, total time of PoW phase, block sizes, etc.

100,000 is XRX's max block size in bytes (as detailed in coin.conf).

Ok, the problem is solved. Indeed, the size limit of the block means that you can not send one large XRX payment that comes from several hundred small payments. But this can be solved by sending smaller amounts to own wallet or between two wallets, this combine them into larger imputs. When imputs have larger amounts, you can easily make transfers to hundreds of thousands XRX.

This notice is for those who mined on the xrx.easygarlic.net mining pool:

I apologize for releasing a pool for which payments were not verified working. I was not experienced with running a cryptonote/forknote pool and apparently my pool was listed though it was misconfigured. Fortunately, your payment information was logged by the pool software and I will send you the exact amount which should have been paid originally for your hash power. I noticed that Ronsor began offering XRX in exchange for Litecoin, giving them a value to users which I did not expect. The unpaid units from my pool were never being used for this. It was simply a mismanagement of software on my end. Ronsor is using his own funds that he CPU mined before the difficulty became significantly higher. Again, I apologize for this incident which is not at the fault of Ronsor (the developer of RcoinX), and I apologize to Ronsor for the apparent accusation that he is using unpaid work from malicious pools to fund an exchange. xrx.easygarlic.net is the ONLY pool owned by me, I do not control any other pools, nor does Ronsor. If you have any questions, ask on the official Discord, as I am present there. I will NOT be sending funds to anyone other than those I can find on my logs and account for.

...

Payment received. Thank you.

Well I think that this coin is other fail.

We have 2 nowork pool, and other nopay pool.

I connect (for testing purpouse) to the nopay pool, and in five minutes, all my hashrate was lost, because  the miner detect a new block before I send the result of the last block... 10 sec. per block are too short.

And of course, this pool not pay at all.

10 seconds is a short time, but thanks to this you will be able to make quick payments and quick confirmations. I think the problem is in the wrong miningfield configuration file, in default Forknote configuration parameter:

"targetTime": 100, //Try to get 1 share per this many seconds

If in XRX blocktime is 10s, miningfiled "targetTime" should be very short (1-2s), otherwise the mine sets the difficulty level too high and shares reach it after finding the block and are useless.

I think  rcoinx.chain-miner.com pool is about a thousand blocks behind (my solo miner is block 12100, whilst the pool is only showing 11000 blocks)
My CPU (solo mining) is still finding blocks too, which makes me think that there is no succesfull GPU mining going on and the the pool isnt working (a few GPU's on a pool should make my CPU obsolete on for solo mining).

Actually miningpool https://xrx.easygarlic.net works, it finds blocks, but it does not make any payments to miners. Payments are in "pending balance".

So if someone can explain

On a pool which has 39.9 kh/sec

This doesnt make sense to me as my cpu is doing all of 100h/s

Only 9 miners

So what exactly is making up 39kh???

A top end cpu can do maybe 600h/s???

Currently first pool labbinarymining.com does not work, second pool rcoinx.chain-miner.com works but it does not find blocks. On both of these pools you can mining XRX using graphics cards, so if they start working again, the difficulty will increase.

No, it doesn't work.

I have many active peers and several miners. I'll have to see more why it doesn't work for some. I test on my PC and in a VM, but that doesn't cover every configuration so it's hard to tell.

I couldn't get the GUI Wallet working, however managed to set up the daemon, the simple wallet and the miner from command line (windows 10, 64 Bit)

I'm getting a few blocks here and there running a Ryzen 1700.

However I'm suspecting the scale/economics of the coin might be out of alignment (broken) due to the massive coin distribution of 1844674407 coins

I've grabbed block height 582, 597,603,619,636,643,644,672,689,690 and 728 in the last 30 minutes or so.

Obviously this is early days and I'm one of the few miners who have this working. I'm using a Ryzen 1700, but only devoted 6 threads to the mining, so I'm not exactly a mining powerhouse (plus I'm not going to burn my CPU with all coins at 100% for such a speculative endeavour).

So I've got 2198 coins in the simple wallet now, which sounds fantastic in theory for 30 minutes of mining.

But, thats in theory...

The problem is, the coin supply is 1.8 Billion Coins.
And, the coin is Cryptonight.
As soon as someone sets up a pool (and gets GPU mining up), anything I mine now is going to be a tiny drop in the ocean and a complete waste of time and energy. I suspect people will be pulling millions with a GPU.

So, whilst I love the "no-premine" and the opportunity to grab a few blocks early, the reward for doing so is just not enough for me to be crushing my CPU on my desktop PC. Especially when you consider even a 1 sat price on an exchange seems very fanciful based on the massive distribution.

Dev : I applaud your tenacity and efforts to get your coin off the ground, but I'm not sure the massive distribution is a good idea. Having said that I'd welcome your input and thoughts into why you might think otherwise Smiley

I think that this number of coins is not a problem. It is still 11 times LOWER than Digibyte (DGB), which is doing great. It is easier to send 10 XRX than eg. 0.0000012 BTC from a human point of view, we feel better with such numbers. If graphics cards enter the game, the amount of coins to be mined per day will remain the same, only the difficulty level will increase.

He writes something about the bad version of the wallet. But with my wallet file, I can easily mining in cmd mode and this work.

I have no idea why that error occurs.

Exactly the same thing I have on 3 other computers, all with Windows 10 64-bit. But despite this I see that miners are coming ... Last night I mined with difficulty level 5000, today there is 15000-50000.

i think it worked

C:\Users\sorin\Desktop\wallet-win64>forknoted --config-file .\coin.conf
C:\Users\sorin\Desktop\wallet-win64>simplewallet --config-file .\coin.conf
C:\Users\sorin\Desktop\wallet-win64>miner --address FBL9nntxVVjgUdpNrpnzzuBNhRzBLMtVMKkndnJBsrEd1oL6phUoYMEZge8Mu3hewbcGLMB9e8EPJQ9 FN56amZuABBUnueS --threads 11 --daemon-port 12991

and now is 179-180 block

for who doesnt work just try this.

I see new blocks so it's working!

explain please?

You need to specify rpc port for wallet to communicate with the daemon. In downloaded it is --daemon-rpc-port option. For me it was like this:
miner.exe --address FATwJq4RF61WdwRq59E16vV2S5ZBV6MN58Axt5BYYV1ySRTk1SprjKbUYsiQ93uZ3sHjjDp6NYdyDeJ 1ZJy471AAUBo8WET --threads 2 --daemon-rpc-port 12991 --log-level 4

the --log-level 4 is for additional output of the miner

is that for the gui wallet???
I dont see the daemon port option??
No, it is for command line tools. GUI wallet is not starting on my PC.
To start with coin, first you need to start forknoted.exe daemon. Open the command line in folder where forknoted.exe file is located and type forknoted.exe -config-file ./coin.conf. It will start your daemon which will connect to network and will download blockchain to your PC.
Next thing is creating a wallet. Open cmd in folder where the simplewallet.exe file is located and type simplewallet.exe --config-file ./coin.conf. From this point follow the instructions to create your new wallet.
If you want to start mining open cmd in folder there the miner.exe is located and type miner.exe --adress --threads --daemon-rpc-port 12991. This will start the miner and you will start solo mining the coin. Do not close the cmd window where forknoted.exe is running. It should be started and synced when you want to perform actions with coin (mine, send).

I have released a new version of the TkWallet which improves the process. As a result, you must now run "StartTkWallet.cmd" instead of "tkwallet.exe", that is all.

With .cmd file windows GUI wallet still does not open on my computer (Windows 10 Pro 64-bit). Stops with a message "waiting for rcoinx daemon". But the cmd version works properly, I can mining.
