Hey folks, it's been some time since the end of the 24/25 M7 season, and I wanted to share some of the stats to summarize the season we had.


In total, we had winners 636 times this season, with $39,950 in total being credited to Majestic 7 players this season.

Two people hit the Grand Prize, 10 users were able to reach the 100 goalscorer mark.





As for individual performers, to the surprise of nobody, Mo Salah is the MVP of the season, scoring in 20 of the 30 Matchdays he appeared in. Mo Salah was picked successfully this M7 season more times than Isak and Haaland combined, who ranked 2nd and 3rd. Speaking of Erling, no other player was an unsuccessful pick in the M7 more times than him.

And the least successful player of the season award goes to... Leon Bailey, no other player has been selected as many times without scoring a single goal in the 24/25 Majestic 7 season, closely followed by Raheem Sterling.

Oh? I was just about to try to jump through some contacts to get to chips and inquire what happened. With this though, sadly there is not much that we can do anymore. It is quite a popular things for gamblers to gamble away their balance during investigation with only their withdrawal feature being locked, and there was previous case where the casino deliberately did that to "persuade" their users to gamble away their winnings.

Shady? Yes. But ultimately the gamblers shared a blame for such cases like this as they are the one who choose to gamble away their balance.

Sad as I feel to see the case the case has to be "resolved" this way, there is not much we can pursue, so maybe please lock this thread to "finalize" the complaint and to keep it from spam post?

Unfortunately, in your case they hold the balance of power and you cannot force them to expedite the process. At this moment you do not know what the third party game provider is investigating. If you are not willing to wait because you complied with their KYC request and you feel you should have access to your account, you have options such as asking CasinoGuru and/or Askgamblers to arbitrate.

logfiles is right, when third party game providers are investigating the process can be long and when you are not given an ETA it can seem even longer. We have seen cases within the forum that have gone longer than a couple of weeks while investigations take place. From what usually happens in these cases, investigations for in-house games are completed much faster.

Casinos and gaming websites do not always explain what they are checking for but if they deem their terms and conditions have been broken, they will take degree of action. Even after their investigations have been completed they do not always provide actual evidence to suspend accounts and refuse withdrawals therefore unfortunately you will have to be patient for now.

It's unfortunate that this had to happen to you, and I know how annoying and inconveniencing it can be, especially when they don't give you any ETA. Maybe the game provider is the one carrying out the investigation and they themselves (chips.gg) are not also sure of the ETA, that's why they have no definitely answer for you.

My suggestion is that maybe you give them a little more time. Perhaps a couple of weeks and see if the issue gets resolved.
