The funds collected from the swap both soft and hard swap will be staked.  Based on the needs of further growth and development of PCN and PXN pending community approvals, funds will either be directly used to purchase services or moved to an exchange to be sold for the purchase required.
Services would include hosting servers, exhange listings, marketing drives etc

These transactions will be auditable as per the block explorer and announced to the community along with a pseudo balance sheet that will be freely available for viewing by the community.

Depends on community, if they are selling their stakes or hodling onto the coin.

PCN POS is roughly 100% ROI per annum


The PXN foundation only is only building PXN, swap will happen Q1 2019.  There are some other things in development at the moment for the community in the build up to the PXN swap.

That's why it is an optional swap, not mandatory.  Think of it more like you'll initially only be able to obtain PXN through PCN only i.e until PXN is listed on an exchange.  PCN will be maintained and other avenues of growth looked into for PCN, it's not going away.  We have some ideas around a good use case for PXN, we still need to find a good achievable use case for PCN given it's inflation issue/non-issue.  Current 100% ROI does make it slightly limiting in terms of a use case - but there may be something out there for 100% ROI chain.  If you have some good ideas come drop us a message on discord, this is a community project after all.

The swapped PCN will actually be used for marketing and exchange listing for PXN.  We think the 6 month would be substantial in generating the required funds to launch PXN successfully.

There's also nothing stopping you from hanging on to all your PCN and only swapping your PCN stake rewards for PXN throughout the swap period.  You would get less but it is all up to you and your choice.

An update from the PXN Foundation

We are 70% of the way through phase 2 of our Roadmap!

So far we have achieved:
- New Website asset for PCN
- New Updated wallet for PCN including fixes and some new features
- Secured new information with CryptoSlate
- Secured new information with CoinGecko
- Several exchanges have already complied and upgraded to the New PCN Wallet
- CoinExchange.io has responded and is in the process of Upgrading to the New PCN Wallet - this is a VERY important step that we have achieved as they are the largest holder of PCN coins (Consensus).
- Coin Market Cap is in the process of changing over existing/old information to new updated websites and socials.

Progress is looking very good so far, and we are almost there with regards to securing PCN. We have been at the mercy of both exchanges and information websites, we have been pushing them to change these details as soon as they possibly can. However we cannot make them do this. It is a process that we have to be patient with as we are not in control of their decisions. We are almost there! :PCN:

The next steps involve the development of PXN! Our team are very excited about building the next phase of this project as there will be many thing to consider along the way. There are also some new developments with which we will be announcing throughout the course of the development process - some of these "features" will not only be a first for POS/MN coins, but also a first for the entire crypto market! We are so excited to bring this community a coin that not only has value that we can be proud of, but also a coin that pushes the limits and expectations of the entire industry..!
