I am talking about the new mining service after the POS switch.

In the latest Webinar, Dan said that the new mining service is a "non-brainer" because it costs less than it will generate in LeoCoins.

This sounds interesting - because if that is true it would be better to use the mining service than to buy at the exchange....

Another question:

LEO wil guarantee 100 LeoCoins to everyone that subscribes to the new mining service.

But from where does LEO take the Leocoins that will be given away?

1) How will POS work in detail?

How long do I have to stake to get the percentage reward ?

When will the POS coins be attributed and how is it calculated?

2) Dan said that POS will most probably start on 1st of May.
What about the blockchain vote ?

Any proofs ? Like screenshots ?

Now the second problem:
If I use LeoXchange, I will pay fees.

As a company, I need invoices!

I can find nowhere information on invoices. How? when ? do they mention all necessary information to be accepted by tax authorities ?

What is the LeoCoin Foundation's position on the effect of POS:

Inflationary or deflationary ?

If a company does business with another company within the EU, you must be able to provide the following data of your business partner:

Official, registered company name
Registered company address
National Registration number
EU VAT registration number

I can't find that anywhere on the website.  

Also LeoXchange does not even meet the minimum legal criteria with their "Terms and Conditions" that allows a European company to use them.

Is there a third Exchange ?

I was about to open an account for my company on LeoBit exchange.
But the last thing I want for my European company is to have money flows to/from a company in the British Virgin Islands.....

Even if it might be legal what I am doing, that will lead to questions from my local tax inspection....

 

If Mike Hearn really works as a LeoCoin Consultant, he seems to do a miserable job:

He does not talk about Leocoin at all !
 

I don't understand WHY people buy Leocoins at the internal exchange when they can get LeoCoins ten times cheaper on the external exchange  ?

I am interested to accept LeoCoin as a payment for my company.

If there is a factor 10 price difference between the exchanges, that is not a good thing.

And as Dan said in the interview: We need a stable price for LeoCoin.

I agree.

But it lets me puzzled that there is one exchange (operated by LEO) with a price of 1GBP and another exchange (also operated by LEO) with a price of 0,10 GBP.

We are talking about a factor of ten !

What is the LCF view on these differences ?

there is an internal and an external Leocoin exchange with two completely different prices.

1) Does the LCF see that as an advantage or disadvantage for Leocoin's further development ?

2) What price does the LCF consider as the right price:
That one of the internal exchange or the LeoXchange ?
