EOS is probably the most centralized crypto that exists. Even more than Ripple . They even banned some addresses for apparently scamming. It works like a bank, they could take your money if they waned to. I would stay away from it.

Re: [ANN][SEM] Semux - Official Thread - Free Airdrop

I decided to update the list of the known public pools. You can make around 60% yearly staking Semux (even more if you continuously reinvest your profits) simply by voting to a pool.

100_tokenpar_com 0% fees (min payout: 0.03?)
Tent  - Tiger  - Dragon - Night is taking 5% (min payout: 0.5)
Pool_borderline is taking 6% (and 0.3% for the developer of the pool) (min payout: 0.3)
lvl3pool is taking 12% (min payout: 0.25)
Phash is taking 7% (0.5% for the devs) (min payout: 0.3)
Semux_pool_party is taking 8% (and 0.5% for developer of pool) (min payout: 0.3)
cn_pool is taking 10% (min payout: 5(five))
Semuxpool_com and Semuxpool_com2 are taking 15% (developer of pool) (min payout: 0.1)
Mddsemuxpool - Mddsemuxpool2 are taking 5% (min payout: 0.5)
General 01-02-03-04 are taking 18% (min payout: 0.5)
animal pool are taking 25% (min payout: 0) Must sign up at https://semux.info/pool
zmogi  is taking 10%(Min. payout 0.25)
kolten is taking 10%(Min. payout 0.25)
Melvin is taking 15%(Min. payout 0.25)
leoirssi is 10%(Min. payout 0.25)
spring is taking 8% (Min. payout 0.5)
blackcat is taking 8% (Min. payout 0.5)
freedom is taking 8% (Min. payout 0.6)

Pools divide the rewards of the blocks they forge between all of their voters. That means that if a pool is highly voted, you will probably receive less rewards than other pools even though they have higher fees.

Example: Your 8k into '100_tokenpar_com' (which is 0% fee) will get you about 6 SEM per day (8000/12100090), but putting that 8k into 'Melvin' (which is 15% fee) will get you about  10.2 SEM  (8000/5950090)-15%       So, even though Melvin is 15%, you end up with  over 50% more SEM daily. (Credit to Michail1 in discord).

Remember to also look at the "rate" cloumn. If "rate" is too low, that means pool is missing a lot of turns, therefore not forging too many blocks, meaning pool will be receiving less profits (and so will you).

Really nice what you are doing. I dont qualify for this, but I will definitely come back once I become a full member.

I have been in a lot of forums and I have never seen this merit system. It is kinda strange. I get why bitcointalk is doing it, and it seems fair. But I have noticed it is way too complicated to earn merits. Most people dont even care about it, so they see a good post and "forget" to give some merit. I have been even told "thanks a lot", but no merit  Grin

Anyway, I hope more people like you would do this kind of "merit giveaway"  Grin

Just enjoy being here and discussing this ground breaking technology. Earn your money somewhere else and you don’t need merit anyway. Don’t fool yourself into thinking there’s anything magical about being Legendary. Some of the biggest idiots on this forum are Legendary rank. Most of the real badassed scammers, crooks and thieves are Legendary and date back to the very first days of this forums inception.

Completely agree. It is absurd that a scammer can have a Legendary rank. This could be easily  avoided by implementing "negative merits".

Maybe those "negative merits" could be given only by legendary rank or something like that, in order to avoid spam or something similar (like bcash-reddit-spammers  Grin).

Bitcoin gold is 92% down since dezember its speeds up its halfing much faster than bitcoin,

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin-gold/

But with bitcoin gold declinging why shouldnt bitcoin decline?

bitcoin gold grew and rose with bitcoin, and now it falls with bitcoin

regards

If bitcoin goes down, alts go down, not the other way. Also btg is simply a copy of bitcoin, a scam. Like (almost) all other hardforks. So yeah, you should expect even more decline

The rewards will be proportionally distributed to participants based on their merit scores.
God, if distributed in this way, it means that a legendary account will receive 100 times the earnings of a member account? If this is the case, it seems unfair. Legendary members usually receive 10 times more members than members.

Yes I think 10 merits are too much for the majority of semux early adopters, I think you have to remove this limitation otherwise only few people will get all coins!

True. Although some people can just give some merit to members of this community and problem solved  Grin

Great!

I think this signature airdrop is way better than wasting energy for nothing. I mean, one thing is POW that protects a network, other would be mining for...an airdrop? Didn't make sense. POW already spends too much energy. Anyway, I probably won't be participating because I don't have enough merit, but I'm glad this project is making things right. I've been holding some since months ago and despite the current price, I still think Semux will have at least half the market cap of Neo (I hope I'm not crazy  Grin)

[ANN] [ARO] | Arionum | CPU | Basado en PHP | Revolución Decentralizada

¡Nos gustaría anunciar con orgullo Arionum, una nueva criptomoneda construida desde cero!

https://imgur.com/LeKjXeU

Premine: NO Pre-minada
Tarifa de transacción: siempre 0.25% (max. 10 AROs)
Función Hash: sha512
Algoritmo de minería: Argon2i + SHA512
Total de AROs: 545.399.000
Algoritmo de firma de Hash: Curva secp256k1 de ECDSA
Backend Base de datos: MySQL / MariaDB
Libro blanco (whitepaper): https://www.arionum.com/wp.pdf

Why did you change eth airdrop? I dont think it is fair that a few people received SEMs first week and now its over. I had 0.019 eth, registered last saturday (web said I would receive 5 SEM), and did not receive anything. It wasnt much so I dont care, but still dont think its fair.

Semux airdrop continues! This round of airdrop goes to ETH holders. We will take a snapshot at 0:00 AM UTC, April 1, 2018 and starts processing applications on April 8, 2018. Please move your ether to a wallet which supports message signing, to be eligible for this event. More details to be announced.

Grin Grin woww, what i said.  Grin Grin
Hello,

can i get airdrop for BTC holder? and how to do it guys?
The airdrop for BTC holders is over.
Currently we're waiting for news about the upcoming airdrop for altcoin holders.

Sad thank you, i'm late. Anyways, i hope the next one will be airdrop for ETH holders.

that is really nice idea.  Cool but what is the rate? 1 ETH : 10 SEMUX.  Grin Grin Grin

That would be great. But since BTC was 1:20, I expect it will be less. More like 2 to 5.

They should probably increase the ratio because it is going to take forever. ETH community is even smaller. BTC airdrop ratio was way too low, so probably they should do another one with an increased ratio. Also they could add litecoin hodlers. UBTC is doing something similar, airdropping to some altcoin hodlers.

Best strategy would probably be make the last airdrop (BTC again) by the time it is first going to exchanges (like recently Bitcoin Private did). Hopefully in 2 months or so (?).

I would love if all remaining SEMs are distributed between hodlers. We are supporting this anyway and it is not even in an exchange yet. Also I have found out that the most people dont care about these airdrops. Im in a few facebook groups (in spanish, lots of miners so they own btc) and kinda promoted this airdrop, 99.9999% didnt give a f***. I havent looked at the stats, but Im pretty sure the percentage of addresses that claimed is very very low. I have noticed that most people only cared in very promoted/hyped hard forks (bcash and bitcoin gold).

But it would probably fair/better if more people get involved. So maybe devs can airdrop half to btc hodlers and half to SEM hodlers. Maybe even ETH hodlers (would prefer ETC but whatever).

It would be also fair/better if devs can say what are they going to do in advance, so everyone can be "prepared".

Good to see devs listened to my idea (although only a part of it haha, sorry if someone said it first).

Now give me some bounty cause Im broke  Grin Grin
