I still believe that house hold items is still a good way to invest your money.
Gold, Bitcoin and most importantly Housing Estate is another best way to save money in this time of hyperinflation.

Gender shouldn't be a concern here. I think if Mr A and B applied for a certain job both should be given equal chances to participate because both saw the vacancy before applying. With their performances you can pick without sentiment and gender preference.

Women are more versatile in Entrepreneurship than men that is why you see their numbers increasing. Women also posses the character of patience than men and in Africa, you see women with several skills and they perfect them than men. Setting up a business is much more easier with women because they access funds to start up that small business but most men wants it big .

Deflation encourages consumers to postpone buying decisions, which has a detrimental impact on the velocity of money and negatively affects commodity prices (including real estate). This means it will diminish the value of your properties.
Deflation on houses surfaces when the house is not built to meet up the the sudden development within that environment or locality.

PayPal do have issues that makes one not to find their services interesting. Something like ,there is a lack of good customer service if you encounter a problem with a payment, It is difficult to find contact phone numbers on its website, and emails are usually responded to with automated replies rather than the genuine advice.
Makes the whole thing tiring..

If you will agree with me, Kim K. Is just an attention seeker indeed. 5years back I used to think he is stubborn and wouldn't want to listen to the world power. Donald Trump first speech directed to North Korea, in a bellicose first address to the United Nations general assembly 5 years ago got Kim K. Scared and everything about his pride was calm. I still haven't heard from him or his threats on social media or on cable as it used to be. He is still hiding and enjoying his dictatorship kind of rule in North Korea .

Alcohol is just bad to the body and especially to the Kidney. The kidney finds it difficult for metabolism to take place on alcohol there by causing problems to the kidney. The best way to see or know the efficacy of alcohol is to add it to a burning flame..  Just avoid it totally and stay safe.

I agree with you. It's true China has been growing consistently but America's history has pulled a lot of partners that keeps them steady with their dominance in the market and economy.

As for Bitcoin leading the world, it seems unlikely as many countries will surely not accept it, at least their government.
I just wished African government would just embarrassed Bitcoin and make it as a legal means of trade but the question is what will now happen to our local currency?

Re: What's the effect of having plenty children to the national economy of a country
by
Pilgrimazra
on 14/08/2023, 10:51:41 UTC

There has never been a day that I cherish having plenty children as a blessing. It's actually there's no plan or the partner's just want to test their God. How can you be planning to have 5 kids even in a stable economy and you don't have formal education. Let's say you have a formal education and you have good plans for your children to have the best than you do, what makes you think in the nearest future that things would remain the same?
Let a lone a poor man who can barely feed three times a day or have the 6 classes of food eaten each day. They just have this belief that it's God that gives children and He takes care of them. That mentality is just ignorance I can say. Plan your life and that of your children.

Re: What could Elon Musk be buying next?

Elon Musk is a tricky Man and wouldn't want anything that would bring or drag his name to the mud. He has gotten what seemed impossible the Twitter now X , is probably a big win for him. Thinking of what he would go for next is just like asking who is going to be the next Pope.
Elon Musk would want to get to the Sun using AI , that may seems impossible but I know he is cooking something.
How about the WHO?
He may likely to buy that body and try to come up with vaccines that could fight sicknesses of any kind there making humans to live beyond 200years.

Re: Would You Consider Adding Bitcoin to Your Retirement Savings

Bitcoin a potential crypto and a promising future asset. I wouldn't want to go for Bitcoin because it fluctuates and in most African countries not yet stable. I would rather accept a fixed deposit than the Bitcoin.
Matter of time and Bitcoin would be consider more appropriate for that.

Actually, they may have their conclusion based on their findings but I must say it depends on what measures they used in carrying that.
It's the most effective aspect of work I wouldn't want to give a shot again. It kept me on my toes and most times I don't sleep because I would have to carry out my research and ensure I memorized everything for the next session I am to have with my Boss. It's even more productive and efficient to work. I was happy the very day I was told that the remote working has ended because I can now have my time to face home relaxation and domestic chores. Every researcher may have their conclusions based on the statistics they have tho.

I don't see spot trading as the way forward for you haven held your crypto for this long. Crypto is on the way to break the world into financial freedom soon.
Going into spot trading might be your option but not a wise one for me reason that it involves losses, you might start losing it when you've waited this long already. Please keep holding your crypto in no time you're going to be glad for holding it this far...

Re: Agriculture can save your country from recession
by
Pilgrimazra
on 13/08/2023, 06:29:33 UTC

Agriculture has always been a great and reliance sources for so many countries growth.
In Africa, they ignore investing heavily on Agriculture. I still don't know why they all have a paper work on Agriculture but physical investment is very very poor.
If you can feed yourself then you can feed the world. A country that has not fed its self or citizen would want to compete in the world to feed the world.  Channel budget on to agriculture and see how great a country can become again. China invested heavily on Cassava having been supported but Nigeria but today they're one of the leading casava harvesters in the world because their government took upon itself not seek for help on something they can work on and be free from. African countries love to borrow , seek for help and purchase already made items thinking they can defeat poverty or hunger with that.
Agriculture is the key today and tomorrow.

Re: Would you rather start/grow a business from scratch or buy an existing business?
by
Pilgrimazra
on 12/08/2023, 14:20:39 UTC

It all depends on the nature of the business and your knowledge over the business.
For any CEO to sell off a business there has to be an issue over the business. If you're or were a staff of that business I think that would give you an edge and a plus to actually know what you're buying and how to manage the business.
Starting a new business would also require an expert in that field that's if it's a company. It would require you getting or hiring capable hands to start up a new business.
My own take is to start up a new business and be in charge from scratch .
