Welp, casino games are designed for gamba platforms to have an edge over their players in the long run AKA house edge.

Though, it doesn't necessarily mean everyone will lose as there will be swings of good and bad luck. For instance you could hit big, end up in so much green, and never gamba again assuming you're able to do so lol. I think there were also cases of casinos losing. IIRC, I read an AMA before from bch.games, and during their early days, a player nearly wiped them.  

There's no guarantee of course. But IMO legal pressure is a real thing, and thus could increase your chances of getting it back.

However, the legal side can be complicated and expensive especially if you're not from the same country. Ideally, you'd want them to settle/solve your problem before things get further.

Yes, that's possible whether by mistake or deliberately. Best you can do is to compare the rtp in the official website (if it is stated) and the casino in question, I suppose.

As much as possible, always go with reputed casinos and providers as we still have to trust them up to a certain extent.
