That could be really a good idea for honest ICOs. Why they need to raise all money at once? Then they are not motivated to do something, they grab money and leave the market, but if they see that they have to do something for money, they will work. 
It is a classic mistake by greedy people. They do not have time to care about the privacy of their keys, they want only money as soon as possible. Most of them are participating in fake airdrops: Give us your private key to verify the address and then we will send you the airdrop.. 
Hi, recently so many past-ICOs turned into a scam or a deadcoin.
Is there anything what we can do to punish them? More than 2 years ICOs are scamming us and still people are investing, is this really a world what we want to create?

I still believe that altcoins are not the blind way. Bitcoin can´t solve every blockchain use case and we see more and more technologies that can swap between 2 diffrent coins instantly, so why there should be only Bitcoin?
My patience? I am pretty satisfied with the current market situation. I missed the train on Bitcoin, now I can buy cheap altcoins before the altseason happens. Or do sou think that Bitcoin will grow Infinitely long and will not affect the price of altcoins?
I didn't hear about any successful ICO this year. But a lot of us heard about successful IEOs on Binance, like Matic, BitTorrent, Harmony or Fetch.AI. It is because Binance choose projects very carefully, if they list a scam, they will loose a reputation. But how can exchange like Exmarket loose a good reputation? 
Ethereum has same problem as many more other cryptocurrencies, they look technically better than Bitcoin. But what about decentralization, safety and adoption? There is no altcoin that can really compete with Bitcoin in these considerations.
Why they need an own cryptocurrency? They offer international payments with TPS rate around 14000+, so what is the main reason behind the own cryptocurrency? Buzzword? Marketing? Doesn't make any sense for me.

.I also have same experience and the most annoying thing is that you never know about that until you deposit your coins for a fee and then try to trade. That is why I am not trading on ForkDelta and EtherDelta.
Who is here who participated in their airdrop and gained 100NRG tokens? Now we are all happy and waiting for the distribution, even we do not know exact date for the distribution we do not care much about that because NRG price is growing, not like other altcoins.

10 000 subscribers now have almost every ICO, so that is not an indicator of the quality of the project.And also 10 000 people will not cause such huge pump, we have to wait for smart money to see such prices.
i think altcoins should focus more on technology sector of the economy, with this they will attract more investors and users
And what do you think that they are doing? NEO is a example of smart economy. But the question is if this concept will be ever implemented. 
Altcoins offer many solutions, but do we really need these solutions?

Been here since early 2016, sadly sold the majority of my ETH too early, and sold off a ton of Ripple late 2016, as it wasn't performing very good against BTC.
Biggest sleeper of all of these is XSN, followed by LINK and ARK.

If you look at XRP in long term, so you will see that XRP is the most stable altcoin (if you ignore a spike in 2017). XRP is traded at a price 0.3USD since 2017!
I think that people will want to secure a passive income. They will slowly start buying Ethereum until they have 32 Ethers. After that Ethereum will be bought only for paying fees on this network, not as an investment, so consider it.
