That's a reasonable conclusion. I assume you are aware of the development track? Reporting has lagged a bit while I develop an interface to the OP_RETURN tx data.

The main distribution phases are over yes but reward for VCoin is 1 VCN per block.

Are you able to mine pointing your miners to "[...] -o stratum+tcp://p2pool.611.to:9332 -u [YourBitcoinAddress] -p xxx"?

I think I know what the problem is. Could it be that the newer wallets these days don't support get work? That is, they don't support standalone solo miners?
IDK bfgminer sayes it has "-Gwork" but it outputs "No 2D work upstream" & Antminers see it as a dead pool 
PS: I have A Dell R710 & am trying to setup my own solo pool for my 2 Antminer S3's so any help would be Appreciated

hint 4 miners: based on the difficulty level and hash rate of the last weeks, 611 coin is probably the most profitable sha256 coin to mine.

Depends on your website project.
If it's a local website i.e. remote control equipment simply setup a 611 d/name pointing to your IPv4 and/or IPv6 address.
If you like to publish a website with a 611 domain name I would recommended you to rent a vps or dedicated server.
Let me know if you like me to write a short guide how to setup a vps with a 611 domain name and let's encrypt ssl security
