I doubt that anyone is interested in such a purchase. Bitman's bankrupt. All ASIC miner does not allow you to return the money invested in its purchase. Perhaps this proposal is hopeless.

Re: Is there a way to send all ETH tokens at once?
by

In this situation, you are thinking about how to save the transaction fee. But that's your interest. Why do you think the miners should give you their income? The token market is distributed and everyone wants to have their share of income. Each token must be transferred in a separate transaction. You should be grateful to ETH for not having to have 20 wallets.

JUST IN: Turkey's finance minister says the US dollar has 'lost its credibility'

Source: CNN
So what? Are they gonna go to war with the US? I just read an article about Russia saying the similar thing. The funny thing was though that they had quotes from Russia saying the same thing earlier this year and every year for the past 5 years or so. I don't think this quote from one minister is actually going to mean anything. What are they doing to do about it?

Yeah but the difference here is that Russia is the second largest military power in the world, manufactures nuclear weapons, and can support its economy by exporting petrol. Turkey has textiles and vegetables to keep its economy afloat.

There's a lot of senseless aggression going on right now between many powers. It seems like someone wanted to stir up the markets a bit and cause some chaos in emerging markets. Turkey doesn't seem the least bit concerned by the fact that they are teetering on the verge of an economic crisis, almost as if they are enjoying the ride. What could be their motive?
Russia is the second power by the number of nuclear warheads. But all of them are in such condition that a large part of them do not fly. Lol! Russia is a collapsed Empire that can not accept this. Erdogan wants to do the same with Turkey. I find it funny when rogue States oppose themselves to country number one.

I lately don't trust ETH. It seems to me that the position Vitalik Buterin can bring the loss of popularity of this coin. I have sold all my ETH stocks and now will not invest in this coin. I'm sorry to see ambition kill the second most popular cryptocurrency.

Now the profitability of GPU mining has dropped. This process is ongoing. I predict a further fall in prices for the GPU. Especially from AMD. AMD lost the competition to NVIDIA. Even those miners who will remain in this business will give preference to NVIDIA. AMD 5xx series should not cost more than $ 100.

Re: Why Crypto facing hack Every time it recovers??? Govts involved??
by

Why crypto space happen to hack hack while its on a bullrun???
We've seen some of the massive hacks in this very short time period.Today also   But it doesn't happen in bearish market. Every time crypto has a bullrun.  Yesterday BTC Kept on Trying to Break above 6800 Resistance.. And today morning another hack on Bancor wallet.. Sespecious... Which is really effecting the current market..
But the Question is. Is the govt trying to manipulate and wanna  kill crypto??? That's why they are doing this???
Why is government necessary? There are many financial speculators who can manipulate bitcoin prices. This market does not have clear restrictions that are present in other markets. It seems to me that in the current crisis there are many components and governments do not play the most important role in the fall of prices.

Investing with bitcoin affiliates with risk to take place, the value may fall or rise but one thing is for sure. Involving regarding with this subject is a great factor in terms of your financial stability in the future.
Investment can never be a factor of financial stability. Always a risk. Money can't come from nowhere. All the people who bought the coins cheaply and sold expensive spent the money of those who bought the coins expensive. I hope that bitcoin will not be a financial pyramid afterwards.

It seems to me that you will soon bury bitcoin. Yes, indeed, now is not the best time for all crypto-currencies. But I'm sure it's only temporary. The most patient will be rewarded but it won't be soon. It is possible that someone has identified an important role for bitcoin and now buys the bulk of the coins in order to have power over the world in the future.

Re: The Identity of Satoshi Nakamoto
by
Proton2233
on 11/07/2018, 12:59:03 UTC
There is much speculation that Satoshi Nakamoto is an individual and there are some who think that they are a community, and certainly no one knows Satoshi Nakamoto, and it is dangerous if the identity of Satoshi is found and certainly many criminals will target that is why the identity is kept secret from all the public, and certainly everyone will be grateful to Satoshi Nakamoto has created bitcoin to help the world economy and everyone is sure, even though we do not know the existence of Satoshi Nakamoto.
Are you sure that bitcoin was created to help the world economy? I'm not sure. Maybe bitcoin was created to deprive Americans of the status of a leader in the global financial market? Maybe bitcoin was part of the plan to avoid payments in dollars? In this case, the community under the pseudonym of Satoshi Nakamoto have something to fear and they will never compromise themselves.

Re: how would a bitcoin technical hiccup play out these days?

I believe the economic majority would only come to consensus, and support a hard fork as a last resort if the "glitch" was bad enough that it might change the coin supply, increase the size of blocks, etc.

Plus what exchange would list the glitchy "prefork Bitcoin" and what merchant would accept it if some miners wanted to keep mining it? Not one.
Maybe the community would support a hard fork but this is not enough. What about the miners? The main power is concentrated in China and they are not in vain released BCH. They can fully switch their power to this coin and who will then support BTC? Consensus must always be reached. The war is disadvantageous to anyone.

Re: Need Some Help With my ETH Claymore Rig Crashing

Hello Guys,

I ended up figuring it out on my own, but the last guy is most likely right. I ended reinstalling windows 4 times on the 4th try I didn't run any updates. Everything worked fine. So it's definitely something wrong in one of windows updates.

OMG send me your addy in PM and I will still send the ZRX since you answer was the correct answer. Thanks for everyones help. Also I apologize for my slow response I thought I had notifications set up on this thread and I thought no one had replied.
My advice to you. In the future install on a computer the utility which blocks automatic updating of Windows. Even these utilities do not always help but most of time they do not provide updated Windows. In 90% you will be protected from problems with Windows. Each reinstallation of Windows is a loss of time and money. Consider switching to Linux.

Re: how much killowatt needs to run a mining rig?
by
Proton2233
on 10/07/2018, 10:38:00 UTC
how much kilowatt does my set up needs to run this mining rig?
it depends on the brand/GPU type, AMD / NVIDIA has a difference on power consumption.

yes maybe Max 1.6KW will be needed

Unless you want to run inefficient mining rigs, 1.6 kw is a WRONG maximum amount.

If you really want to step out of the amateur "hobby" mining niche you need ffficient mining rigs which need to run with a minimum of 13 GPUs per rig. The better the GPU on those rigs the higher the power consumption. For maximum efficiency you would need high powered GPUs that give the best hashrate to power consumption ratios (1080ti will do). To run those, a 1.6kw power consumption surely won't cut it.
You write nonsense! What is the difference as the GPU is connected to the rig? You can start with any number. I started with 1 GPU. Now I have 37 GPU and there is no rig that allows the connection of 13 GPU. I do not advocate the use of rigs with a large number of the GPU. The best for me rig with 6 GPU. Energy consumption of my rigs 08-1 kW

Re: Belarus has legalized Bitcoin
by
Proton2233
on 09/07/2018, 12:19:02 UTC
I have not heard of this until now! Great news, indeed.

I wonder on how many whales from countries who banned bitcoin will start to migrate to Belarus?
I think they already have headed to Belarus since the president himself declared the acceptance of bitcoin. There are many countries who have accepted it. But the bitcoin user should take into consideration on how he is going to live in Belarus. Perhaps they do not accept any immigrant. Either way, investors, miners, traders, will live a good life in Belarus.
I'm not sure about that. This is old news but I have not seen any news about the fact that cryptocurrency exchanges or miners have started to register their business in Belarus. It seems to me that there is no trust in this country. I do not even see a rapid growth of cryptocurrency exchanges of Belarusian origin. Always good where we are not!
though ....... this news is old and in its development is not very significant but we take the positive side that belarus have been legalized bitcoin and cryptocurrency  which is the attitude of bravery and belief in the future bitcoin and cryptocurrency  will be bright
It seems to me that Belarus will not be an example to follow. Lukashenka is an authoritarian ruler and this will not allow to attract many investors in any area. The proximity to such a monster as Russia generally makes this country unattractive to foreign capital. Therefore, I think that the legalization of crypto currencies in Belarus will not have a significant impact on the entire market.

I hope that will give impetus to the development of cryptocurrency and business associated with it. But I don't see any practical results yet. After unsuccessful attempts to get registered in Japan, the exchange Binance received registration in Malta. They said it would allow deposits and withdrawals of Fiat. But so far this has not happened.

Bankers never make decisions on their own. They always follow the government's instructions clearly. I didn't fully understand what caused your anger. If the banks do not personally service your Bank cards then you are to blame. If the banks of your country do not make payments for the purchase of cryptocurrencies then you are to blame because you have chosen a government that gives banks such instructions. Grin

Re: Can Blockchain help eliminate the basic problems in the world?
by
Proton2233
on 08/07/2018, 12:01:01 UTC
Poverty, legal identity etc. are major concerns in the third-world countries. Data says one-third of children in the world still lack legal identity (sourced from Informationweek). Poverty and lack of food still kill thousands of people. Can Blockchain put an end to all this?
Blockchain is not a magic wand that we can wave to eliminate these basic, yet persistent problems. Poverty, for example, is a product of many factors like lack of education and unpleasant environment. Blockchain must first eliminate this factors to finally erase poverty--I don't see that happening.
Poverty is the reason the world is made for the rich. They are interested in making it more poor. It's easier to find people who can work for little money. This situation is achieved by manual control of the money supply and corruption. Bitcoin can change the balance of power. That's why bankers and oligarchs are against cryptocurrencies.

Re: The Crypto Apocalypse
by

Everyone sells on the rumor, and buys on the news. It can be so described what is happening in the capital markets, in the stock markets and in the crypto currency markets. A lot of geopolitics, economics and speculation. The effect of such a cocktail can not be predicted, unless you control it yourself.
The effect will be definitely positive. Trump started a war at the same time with all. But it is impossible to win the war against all. He wanted to make America great in name only. His actions are aimed at the destruction of all that the Americans have achieved over the years. This means that America and other countries are waiting for another crisis. I am sure that at such moments cryptocurrency can bring huge profits.
