It seems that you won't get a direct response from the team representing Punt.com, just look at their posts in this thread, above and below your post, they only make posts like Bump who write about their casino but don't respond or interact, let alone answer everything. complaints, maybe you could try contacting the service support directly on their site, who knows, you might get an answer to your question.I can probably only suggest that it's best to see how their interaction is on the forum, if there isn't any then the solution is their site, but if they don't respond to anything, it's better to gamble at another casino that cares more and responds to all user complaints, especially as the reputation of this forum is important, the less interaction with users will definitely be abandoned by many users of this forum.
OP did it better before (last year) when OP gave more responses than this year. Seems that now OP is like a bot only, posting for the sake of bumping the ANN thread only without any intention to interact/communicate with the bitcointalk community. I'm not sure what is happening but it is a big change but not a good big change. There is also no updatefrom what wanted to know from the community regarding challenge and vip program after many months. Looking at the activity in their chatbox, it shows that there is also not enough activity both from players and from the casino side.
They could as well just left the thread inactive without spamming the thread constantly with bot, activities recently.
Nobody has abandoned this thread.
