I participate in multiple GB's, unfortunatly it seems hard to do it well. If he oversold its off course pretty bad, but with all the refund request he just might fall back to a level he can deliver. I dont know if he is a fair guy or not, I hope so. I just stated in my post that you cant blame him for there not being a miner (which several accussing him for that and using this a reason for fraud), since the bitmine is being delivered later to all those that ordered it. TBH the level of absence is some of the things worrying me, oh and losing loads on MTGox didnt put me in a good mood either.

Too bad there will be a refund on the third, would have love to be part of a nice Neptune. Anyways will be on the lookout for that refund then.

Stop harrassing him. It's easy to confirm that Bitmine isn't actually shipping its normal orders yet. So you're all pretending he's cheating, while at the same time you simple can't say that yet.

IMO its the same crap as always, better deals being offered and wanting out. I'll tell you right now, that better deal will be late too, same crap everywhere.

Give him a rest, once Bitmine actually delivered its batch 1 orders and it's not confirmed here, then you got reason for crying out here. In the meanwhile if you want out, at least provide an alternate buyer, money doesnt grow on trees for the OP either. If he had enough lying around he wasnt doing this groupbuy in the first place.

Same came to my mind as I own a company that could easily deliver this, the only thing I worry about is how future proof this is. If there isnt a good CPU coin at a certain time, the product is void.

about half a day, about the same with the support ticket. I suppose plp rather then scripts are doing the work there.
