Do you know when the first dividend is planned to be distributed ?

I'd imagine end of second quarter would be the best bet.

I don't expect any dividends for some time (years)

As I understand they issue the shares themselves? Where is the security for investors? Is there someone who does the audit? Who guarantees that the shares won't be diluted?

I don't think Cyprus has a problem with money laundering, they do embrace it (inoficially), it's a tax paradise.
Hopefully the average Cypriot will embrace the Bee system.

I thought Neo would let their customers fix the euro amount in their acc, so there is no risk for the user.

Valid point, what e-mail service provider did you use?
my own server.  It's not my email service, support finally contacted me yesterday and approved my email manually.  I checked all spam and associated filters, but I never got the email from the system.  Several others have reported similar experiences.

I'm disappointed, because I wanted to increase my holdings, and I already own what I want on Havelock. So, because of this glitch, they missed out on selling 10K more shares, and I missed out on making a decent chunk of coin.

Same here, own server, getting no verification and I was manually activated

I too would suggest to split the remaining unsold shares. Set as many asks as you need for a good foundation to do business. Should the share prices increase thanks to more demand, then you can still sell the rest to raise additional funds (maybe for a higher price even).

Havelock Investments Site is back up.

We apologize for the site being down during the last few hours. A simple database connection issue, but you need the right guy to get out of bed and fix it.

On another note, since we have everyone's attention. We never had any malleability issues.

Also 97% of our wallet is kept in a secure cold storage in multiple locations worldwide.

We always have and always will keep in mind that our company is here to serve you and that without you we will not get up to work everyday.

Thank you for your trust and support,

Havelock Investments

Thanks for your reply, but what the heck is with "secure cold storage in multiple locations worldwide?". It's not like btc can be physically stored.
You only need the private key to be the owner. So you basically have private keys hidden around the world?

The site was running like a 3 legged dog last night, and has been down all day today (GMT here).

From what I've seen and heard they are reputable (linked to Lightbox and Canadian Bitcoin), so not worried that they'll do a runner with the money.

Having staff available 24/7 is a too much for a small company, but it wouldn't hurt to have something like nodeping.com setup so they get a text when the site goes down, even if they just wake up and tweet or post on here to say they're aware of the issue and will look into it in the morning.

They responded to emails, they know it is down.

3.22 BTC

Technically 1 BTC that I sold at $920 and then used it to buy 3.22 BTC on the drop

nah you still lost 3.22btc. That's your account balanced (well used to be). That is your loss.
