Hi,

The concerns you are expressing are to be expected given the extensive delay and I do once again apologise - any kind of fiat withdrawal delay does not look good.

I have been advised that our payments partner is working through the payments today so all the payments should be processed by end of day, maybe tomorrow at the absolute latest. Then as long as your bank has processed and updated your balances, you should see your funds.

We do not fully automate the withdrawal process for security reasons.

Do continue to comment whether you have received your funds or not.

Hi, for IDR withdrawal to Indonesian Bank, are you still using local payment partner ?
Becasue last time I make withdrawal, the money is deducted about IDR 310.000 after 1% withdrawal fee,
I think that is for wire transfer fee. Is that you wire directly from Singapore Bank to Indonesia Bank ?

Hi,

The withdrawal now is 1% for IDR as per https://www.quoine.com/fees/ and then click on IDR for the latest rates

btw sir, whats the estimated time if i Withdraw to IDR now via Wire Transfer?

Hi Quoine Support,

Please let me know the status. It has been 6 days and my withdrawal request is still pending.

Hi Raj,

Don't want to sound like a broken record but I'm unable to give any updates until next week, when we should be able to get these withdrawals processed during the working week. I really do apologise I can't give a more concrete answer but as soon as I know that they have been successfully processed I will let you know on here.
if possible, may you send me PM if your WD process is normal again?
i'd like to use ur service

Hi,

Apologies for the delayed payments. We are experiencing some temporary delays with our payments partner. Obviously this is no excuse and we will be ensuring as best we can that we don't encounter a delay like this again.

Once I have a definitive time that these withdrawals will go out, I will inform you via this page.
its ok sir
as long as you guys keep informing customers and speeding up the WD

It's a good alternative. Dollar will always stay. I hope Bitcoin will come even good known as the dollar and the euro. If everybody found his way to the BTC, the future looks good.
Maybe for the next few decades Fiat currencies will stay intact, but in future it will be cryptocurrencies .I don't know will it be bitcoin or not, but cryptocurrency is the future.
And the worst nightmare... Some rich people in dubai create another coin, and beat bitcoin...  Cry

If bitcoin replace dollar many early bitcoin adopters who have lots of bitcoin in store will dictate the world economy on their terms.Bitcoin supply is limited, those who have good amount of bitcoin in possession will manipulate the market and become a self proclaimed governments.I hope bitcoin never ever replace any fiat

The bitcoin price still has chance to reach $500 in November. But I would rather it reaches $500 in December.
we can only hope right?
lets say... if the price dropped down back to $200 in the end of December
at this point, i cant hope for $500, i just need it to not go lower than $200
God bless BTC  Grin

Re: Buy low or sell high. What is better?
by

Buy low and sell high is the first rule of trading.

But you can buy high and sell higher, or sell low and buy lower also.

By selling highest you get the advantage of selling with a profit even when you have bought also high. By buying real low, you get the profit of not having to sell at a certain margin. You can wait till profit goes really really high.

Lets say a genie gave you the ability either to sell at the daily maximum or to buy at the daily minimum. What will you choose?
trust me...
Buy low and sell high << this dude is just a myth
before we buy low, a godlike "bot" will bought some in just matter of 1second
and when price crashes... that same bot will dump faster than you can blink  Grin

Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion

There is much more money to be made on the down side.

Bullshit.

If Bitcoin goes to Zero, for every BTC I sell short, I make a max return of $350, which I wont be able to extract from the exchanges anyhow, cos they will have all went tits up.

If Bitcoin however, goes back up to test it's ATH, then I will have trebled my money.

such support where you wouldn't expect it, 4 hours ago the "bitcoin is about the crash" alarm rang (<255), everyone seems to be selling but bitcoin hasn't crashed.

All the exchanges look to have exhausted selling pressure....except for Stamp, where there is still some mother fucker dumping BTC Kilobombs, probably the same mother fucker who has been pulling the market around like a crack whore all week, erecting massive walls, and dumping into them. Stamp 15 Minutes chart suggest more downside. No leveraged trading and no shorting on Stamp, which is one of the reasons it is a market leader. If I were a whale, I would manipulate the market on Stamp, and play around on the others to help nudge momentum my way.

on the plus side (if you're an over precipitous twitchy bagholder like me), a nice low W forming on the 1hr RSI, on Stamp. A bit of buying pressure (exiting shorts perhaps), should sent Bitcoin right back up, hopefully for good this time.

Regarding your point about more money on the upside than the downside.  Surely that is the case for bitcoin bagholders, like us, and yes, we definitely want bitcoin prices to go up in order that we can benefit from the price rise.

On the other hand, for a market maker, manipulator, there is likely a considerable advantages to manipulate against trends and cause others to play into your hands in various ways.

And, if you want to get out of BTC, that should not be too difficult so long as you identify the time to get out before mos tof the other BTC bagholders.

My recent history, and reluctance to sell my BTC at a loss would likely signify that I would be hanging onto my BTC much longer than a lot of other folks.

Regarding the downward price pressure on stamp.  It seems that sooner or later this whale or group of whales is going to have to run out of coins.  It seems that there just are not enough others following suit in order to make the ongoing selling to cause any additional BTC price downfalls.  Having a lot of difficulties getting others to follow and getting the price to go below $351.20.  S/he / it does not seem to be giving up, yet, but at some point (hopefully soon) is going to run out of coins.

i would think, it's best to manipulate with the trend and exaggerate the trends performance as to more easily call tops and bottoms
market is bullish, so you pump it to a point where clearly if you stop pumping it's going to crash, at that point you dump and stop pumping.

Well, they frequently say that the trend is your friend, but I believe that the same rule does not apply if you are a whale or a market manipulator.  If you are a whale/manipulator, then you want to maintain some control over the rises and falls, and of course from time to time, even the manipulator will have to let the trend go when the momentum is working too strongly against his/her/its ability to control it.  Ultimately, keeping the situation in control is going to be much more profitable for someone with a lot of capital and moving the market...... and if the price goes up too much, then it takes more capital to control it...  and then there would be a problem with new entrants and other whales trying to get a piece of the pie.

i wish i'm one of those whales
so i will know how it feels to hold such a strong power yet huge risk

Re: Is btc the best digital currency to be used for trading?
by
R4v37
on 10/11/2015, 20:41:47 UTC
I have been been trading on ecoin for a long time and I must say that none of the currency pairs on forex can earn so much proit as 1 BTC can do. So this answers your question that bitcoin trading is the best option as it was not too far when the price was $250 in September-October and it is now $383 ($133 profit in just 2 months if a person bought just 1 BTC).
It's true. After spending years on the currency exchange i believe that BTC is by far the best commodity in terms of trading. A slight increase in value affects your holdings in a more significant way.
its difficult to say, which one is the best...
coz, it reflects on how paranoid you are... how accurate your prediction... and how high your success rate in paranoid-ing  Tongue  Tongue
