Here we are again my freewallet friend. Almost another 2 weeks have passed.

3 months in, still no help from freewallet.
You guys dont update me, you do nothing. There is no progress in my case, so they wont notify me with anything.

Can you suspend my account and send my NEO to an other wallet?

Bought my neo mid december, still havent touched it once. Couldve made some nice profit, but their service is taking 2.5 month now to "solve" this. Rip my neo meanwhile.

They do me like:

Please send ... information... Next answer is 4 weeks later. Then they ask me to send a certain screenshot... again 4 weeks later.. they tell were working on it..
Next is, i reply on a mail to ask if they are gonna help me.. next reply: Please dont send in multiple tickes. lol.

Could you please send me a response?

ive been trying to get my 2FA turned off for about 2 months now. It appears that this is very difficult for their support, since they will answer once in about 3-4 weeks.

Im trying to get my 2FA disabled now for already 2 months. Your support is terrible so far. It takes 3-4 weeks for 1 reply and those replies say nothing..

A month ago i lost my phone and i could not reconnect my 2FA.
Im using freewallet for my NEO.

A month later, i still didnt receive any help on my very simple issue.

I got a response on 14th of jan, to send in all my info. I did it correctly, but still, almost 3 weeks later.. no response.
Bought NEO very low, and it got up to a nice price... couldve made good money if this support wasnt this terrible.

I really dont know what to do anymore...
