I can clearly confirm that he is a scammer, long story short, I guess in 2017/2018 I had a lot of google accounts bought for myself to keep up some servers for some projects.
Got to the moment of not needing them and found this guy. He bought the first one and after i sent him a spreadsheet with more than 50 accounts.
He stopped replying on skype. The deal was on skype if I recall it well, later on after some years, like 1-2, he texted me in telegram that he has now a bulgarian business.
There were many times when I was scammed in my life so I kind of recall him.
He works as a bounty hunter, has his script running it on different platforms. I took back a gmail account and at a moment I had his personal details, but it was useless to demage his life for a less than a 1k usd.

Something needs to be done for that bad flips that are in range from 10% to 20% of all flips.

I agree on that I almost failed in the validation because of the bad flips I encounter but what I am more concern of in my end is my internet connection be sure you have at least 5 mbps the first set of flips might not load I failed my first validation because of my bad internet connection.

This is way more than useless. Cmon, if it will be more than 8 charc. , 2.2 btc won't recover the money spent on resources. I know 1 or 2 russian companies that will ask you to pay them per day with already made software for finding the passwords, just enter your wallet.dat. But if it takes 1 day, or 1 week or 1 year until it is done that's a different story.
