Not able to find any information on what the benefit would be to verify your account on Binance as a Enterprise/Business.

I'm going to put my money on that he has disconnected the fans, and it wont allow to boot the boards. You will need to find the work around for this, there are a few suggestions around the community.

You need to work on removing the hot air out of the warm side to prevent any heat blowback heating the miners

The reason your machines heat up is because you CAN'T blow a fan into another fan, it just impedes the initial fans from spinning killing your airflow. (Think of when you blow a fan into a computer, the video card fan eventually dies)

Work on heat control, circulate air, remove hot air.

I suggest a factory reset first before anything, if your using the latest firmware, I suggest downgrading to a more stable version.

It's showing your running 12.9 THS with a large amount of HW errors vs the other boards.

Your board is running a "tad" low.. The 15 c temp notification is probably a separate issue

To be honest with you, changing the PSU wont do anything for the problem your describing.

Your Hash board is failing and will die soon. It will work for a bit then die, then all together not come back online.

Be prepared to RMA the S9.

Same conclusion I came to when I saw the first announcement of GMO;s 7nm Miners. Whoever designed this board, really did a piss poor job in regulating power consumption.

But, in all honesty it could be coming down to the limitation of the first generation of 7nm chips just not being up to spec. (Yes 7nm is still in first generation stages, these could also be just out of proof of concept stage)

Bitmain will most likely make a better machine since they wont be using Samsung, and will be sticking with TSMC who generally makes much better semiconductor technology. You wont see better systems until  last quarter of 2018 to first quarter of 2019 as most 7nm fabs are only being completed around this time right now.
