Nice and Clean setup.
Does this rig stand in your bed- or livingroom?

Kitchen :-)

No. I don't think that's what belongs in your kitchen.

16GB Unlocked Nexus 4 For Parts - Auction starts at $40 - Touch Digitizer is BAD
by

on 24/05/2014, 21:56:01 UTC
Hi, I'm selling my old Nexus 4. It's broken. I'm sure most people here know what it takes to fix it.

The phone motherboard, cameras, speakers & antennaes have been tested. I fitted all of it inside another working Nexus 4 to test it. It reads SIM cards and places/recieves calls just fine.

Two things are bad with it:

1. The digitizer is unresponsive.
2. The built-in bottom microphone module outputs noise. (Does not work)

I'm auctioning it off starting at $40 with priority shipping between $6 and $12.

The phone can be bid on or bought at eBay, here. International buyers welcome.

Re: Apple approves Bitcoin Wallet app - bitWallet.

Please release the source code to the app. It looks wonderful, but honestly, I can't help but get the too good to be true suspicion. Like the inputs.io situation.

It will also help make sure it's fully secure by having external audits.

I too, would love for ReCat to look over the source code and say that it's safe (as a non-programmer, the more the merrier IMO).
I'm hardly a programmer, And I don't know objective-C. It'd be best to be public so it can be audited by anyone.

Just user the server as a server. It'll always be good for that.

Optionally, use is as a desktop.

Well, essentially all the junk that was forcibly quarantined in the newb section was spread everywhere else: spambots, begging posts, stupid begginers questions in the Bitcoin subforum etc.
This. Before you could just avoid the newbie section and you were fine, now you need to avoid most of the forum.
Doubt anyone's gonna listen. Definitely not theysmos. When was the last time he listened to the community?

A Primecoin GPU miner is being tested with reports of good results, ~25x efficiency.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=548230.0

3-6 months before an open-source optimized GPU miner is abound. For now it will be a nice slow uptrend in difficulty.

April fools.

Believe whatever you want...I'm using it and I found two blocks in 3 days with 2 280x cards.
I just saw that it was posted on april first... why would you post something serious on april first? that's just mean.

Why would this be phishing? The URLs its pointing to is straight on the Coinbase site, over HTTPS too.

https://coinbase.com/transactions/533aa310101a7b619b0001a5

How did they sign emails to be as if they were sent from coinbase too?

The only reason this would be actually dangerous is if the coinbase servers themselves were hacked and were storing passwords...

Wondering if anyone is interested in this domain.

So, auction starts at $14 in BTC.

Not really. I just posted this to see how many people here are secretly looking for terrible black hat software, in comparison to a control thread. Shame on you if you clicked this! Let's see how many views this will have...

Disclaimer: I have not programmed any such software so I consequently do not have anything for sale.

so... did this still not happen?

How is it impossible? The entire crypto community cannot get a GPU miner working for primecoin?

It takes a LOT of effort and smarts. Much more than Mtmlr is capable of and much more than anyone here in the forums is willing to put in - XPM is a virtually worthless botnet coin.

Linux has a hard limit of 8 cards. I see reports of people using 13 on windows.

Where you saw these reports? Thanks

Edit: I found it.
