I guess that getting calls is rather quite a rare thing. anyway, there are lots of exchangers and exchanges which do not require any details except e-mail. I tried to use coinbase, coinmonkey but now switched to b2bx which is quite nice one

well, I use b2bx exchange. It is a developing exchange actually but they make things better and better. also they have good execution and spreads are moderate. not sure whether they list new coins or not..

and bancor is idea to exchange coins without exchanges. still I don't quite get how it should work though I understand the idea of b2 broker - to unite all brokers and exchanges with single liquidity.

B2BX is clearly different from Bancor, in my opinion B2BX is still behind Bancor in terms of technology, but B2BX security is far better than Bancor

But what exactly makes it different.. all I know is that they both provide liquidity for projects..So where is the difference? Are there any projects using B2BX service?

as  far as I know bancor and b2bx are different. b2b is a liquidity provider with customers (brokers) and the aim is to unite liquidity for all brokers

sure, you should learn each coin you want to buy.
anyway I would recommend you to use jaxx wallet for storing your coins as it is quite safe (no server data, all data is saved on your device and nobody can hack your wallet online).
regarding exchange I came across b2bx exchange which would become decentralized exchange in some time as they say. decentralized exchange is the pure future of cryptoassets - just imagine that all exchanges are united and  your deals affect the whole market! ps: their ann here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2149935

well, you can buy ETH from coinmama.io or exmo.me though KYC at exmo took me 2.5 months (!!!!!!). I believe coinmonkey.io platform will allow buying and selling coins for fiat  soon with no KYC at all. but not sure how soon.
