Про консенсус хочется поподробнее сейчас. А вообще не все делают сейчас по принципу победителя, IOTA имеет без блокчейна механизм (сейчас разбираюсь что и как) и вот еще нашел p2p сеть поверх физической, заявлена анонимность, все дела: http://netsukuku.freaknet.org - достаточно старый проект, есть инфа по-русски в том числе, на хабре в частности.

Almost every project that want to raise money with ICO can be made in few weeks. But they don't want to make product and then sell it, they want to make money and then something else. I really like the idea of ICO and I do not see anything wrong with the fact that the project has collected much more than necessary, but it should be a working startup and not a list of text.
Technology is not always a good thing.
One example is with the children.
In the old days, children used to play outside with their friends.
Now majority of them are just staring at their iPads.

I have cousins and they would rather stay inside their houses to play with tablets, laptops, desktop computers or mobile phones than to play with each other outside. Sometimes, they would play with each other but with their gadgets of course. I don't like how the custom norms of playing outdoor games are being took away by the technology. I know that modern technology is really helpful in so many things but to think there are things being sacrificed and forgotten by this generation makes me feel sad.
It is not only the children, but sometimes the adults too. That if the calculator is broken they can not make a simple calculation because they have forgot it. If the home TV has a malfunction and they lose their favorite show they feel nervous. Someone can imagine how they are if they don't have their smartphones. So is all the society and only the kids
