So now im talking to a CS agent named Melissa. She says to be that my withdrawal isn't processed because my deposit wasn't wagered 3 times. There is no duplicated account that i am aware of. I tried to login to the account that was said and im unable to. The account in question has deposits without any bonuses. So this should not be an issue to why im not paid! As I stated I do not have any form of ID to send you. So are you planning on stealing my winnings?

This place scammed me the same way. They accused me of having multiple accounts and didn't pay my winnings. They will make up excuses and fake information just to hide the fact that they don't want to pay legit winners.

I've dealt with marcos258, lihuajkl, bitspender, etc. I wrote lihuajkl and got a price. But he hasn't given me an address to send him payment yet. I dont wont to use the previous address we used without his permission. We maybe in two different areas of the world.

This nut is a paid shill. Casinos will reward their lap dogs with freebies and loose settings. You don't have to take his word for it. Your own experience with this casino should be good enough. Shills like this are paid to try and make you redeposit at losers sites.
Well i am a respected member here. I signed up and made my first deposit of .2btc in which i lost. I contacted lucky7btc here on BCT and they did refund me 10% of my losses + an extra .025, All in all i was able to get back some of my money.

I looked in on a couple of the live roulette tables. Nobody was playing, but the girls just didn't stop talking! Is that normal? They both seemed to be talking out loud to nobody in particular about random stuff. I was kind of surprised, thinking they would be mostly quiet and bored.

I personally think that visitor who will come to bitcasino from keyword "provably fair" and won't find relevant information, should be disappointed and won't come back to us. It is simple logic, so I'm once again thankful that someone found this mistake and showed to us. We don't need misunderstanding and disappointed users. We have 100+ keywords in ranking, separate SEO team and sometimes it is hard to see such details.
I still can not understand why people play at non provably fair casino when games may be rigged or just few of them. Licensed does not change anything when licence does not give us any type of guarantee of games integrity and minimal payout percentage with this type of licence.

I would agree here just even for a site to say it is provably fair casino has no meaning to it. I have been on loads of sites that say this you win many times with free bets or free bonus money. When using own funds you get shafted so hard and the ratio on bets to win/loss ratio is overall banker winning each time. Some have been really good to begin with like say depositing and playing with 0.5BTC making 3x it back take out the winnings so back to 0.5 and that gets maybe double again, then loss streak kicks in. Seems little odd for massive streak to going massive loss or few loss more win then lots of losses and deposit some more back in and again more losses.
I do play on a lot of casinos. Bitcasino being one of them but as of late I not played as much as I use to due to the amount of times lost on hands and power banker always having solid hands iver 18s or better and on flop always getting 16s 17s or 12s and then hitting on 12s bust standing and bank wins. Might be just hands dealt but been on other sites I can generally walk away better off than started and playing small amounts and going though a bunch of hands. Call it luck of the draw but sometimes I really do think at times its rigged. In a few days I will be playing on Bitcasino again to see about the fruit machines as sometimes do play good so many I will have better luck on them.

I'm not treating him badly. I clicked the "thumbs up" and left a positive comment. He's doing a great job, telling the truth and admitting that the casino's advertising is misleading. I salute him for doing what's right rather than trying to cover up for the casino.
Whether I want to play there or not isn't the issue. The issue is that the casino clearly understands what provable fairness is, made a page saying how great it is, claims on that page that their games are provably fair, but in fact they aren't. That's a problem. Why would they do that?

Let me start by saying i love this casino i always play here i have won money here alot of times and i recommend them to everyone, so im not coming on here to hurt there reputation on anything because there my go to place, i love the staff and everything about it and all my posts on this thread will back that up
But now for the bad part recently the games have really been seeming like they are rigged i understand 100% that this is a casino and the whole idea of a casino wouldnt work if everyone won but lately i have just been dropping money in here all day and nothing 50 bucks i cant even gamble for a little while on that its just gone poof, never any bonuses just nothing just takes my money like i owe them and i cant even just win a little just to gamble for awhile its just gone so bad to the point of not wanting to play here at all. i was just wondering are you guys under new management now or anything like that because this just isnt the casino i know and love anymore. i have no problem loosing my money its a casino but when you put in a hundred bucks and you dont even hit one bonus round or anything at all its just a little depressing, i understand you cant always win and i have gone thru loosing streaks here before but this is just different, there is a difference between loosing money and just getting your ass handed to you till the point it seems rigged and i that i dont even wanna waste anymore money playing here

Again the simplest thing to do is. Make a new coin and swap the old ones for the new coin. Stop trying to fix this broken one. I would do a 10000 to 1 swap of the new coin or something like that.
