Has anyone else received any type of reply from CHIPMIXER support and do we know if they are actively checking this email?
ChipMixer does check their email, but doesn't offer 24/7 support (yet). Just in case: make sure your session doesn't expire before your deposit is credited. You have 168 hours (1 week) per session and can extend it when needed.Thanks for the feedback. Still have some time left on the session, but would be good if CHIPMIXER offered some type of reply to at least acknowledge receiving the support request. It is unnerving to send a support request to a free mail service and not receive any reply at all.

Update for today. I have still had no reply from chipmixer@protonmail.com regarding the ongoing situation of "Waiting for confirmed transaction." after 109 confirmations on Blockchain. Has anyone else received any type of reply from CHIPMIXER support and do we know if they are actively checking this email? I tried to PM them here but their setting do not permit Nubes like myself on the forum to contact them.
Would really hope to receive some type of acknowledgment from their team today as this seems to be effecting several people.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes I have refreshed the page and tried a different browser (Tor, Chrome). I have used chipmixer quite a few times and this is the first time I have experienced any issue. Any more suggestions? Currently on 29 confirmations
I'm sorry but you're going to have to wait for their support.
I don't think trying it on a different device will do too much (but you could always try it on a phone/another computer).
It looks as if it will most likely be a server-side issue. It's probably fully propagated on the network by now if it has that many confirmations (enough for chipmixer's servers to notice it if it is). Make sure you sent the support ticket with the token so they can fix your issue.
Hi, OK, I have sent them an email at the proton email address with the TXID. I'll send them the Token now as well. Thanks again for the help and @bitcoinmii please post if you receive any reply from their support, I shall do the same.

Did you hit F5/refresh? Usually that what fixes that issue for me.
