Is it only Bitcoin withdrawals that are being delayed? If I withdraw waves to bittrex will that be automatic?

They have said they are having their gateway administrators review these manually? Do you guys think they are reviewing them now over the weekend? Or will we have to wait till next business day

Right. They should be working as hard as possible to get this resolved and be understanding that this has effects on people. Instead support is rude and unwilling to give any explanation. At what point does it become unacceptable? After waiting 3 days? 1 week?

Yes this is crazy. How are many of you viewing this as acceptable. I've contacted support and they are extremely unhelpful. All they say is " it needs to be processed manually, please wait" they offer no time frame. Are we supposed to wait days and be ok. Many of us need access to it right away.

Going on 50 hours now. Still hasn't been sent to address.  gateway issue/delays need to be fixed. Many of us need to have access to the coins within a reasonable time. Concerning that it evens takes this long. This should be top priority for Sasha and team to fix. Those of us affected by this issue have been and wanted to exchange coins have been fortunate prices has not fluctuated drastically or this would be even bigger problem

I have the same problem I'm very worried the gateway took my bitcoin because in my transaction ID it does  not even show what btc address I sent the bitcoin to it just shows the waves gateway recipient address as the receiver and I have no knowledge of where my btc is. It's been 12 hrs and it's no where not even pending to any of the addresses I sent it to. this is not a very good experience for me at all using this platform for the first time

Yeah I also just started using the platform. I contacted support and was told it would be resolved within 24 hours. Needless to say that hasn't happened, and I'm now being told " just wait" " if need to wait longer, then you need to wait"

I withdrew bitcoins from lite wallet over 13 hours ago and the transaction still isn't showing up on blochchain. Support said they are having gateway issues. Should I be concerned? Does this happen often ? Thanks
