I haven't been able to get the U1 to be working properly. I tried all the windows and MacOs tutorial I could find and the only stable solution I found is to use the hardware at a lower rate under Mac with cgminer for mac (http://spaceman.ca/cgminer)

I hope Kerry will find a way to support the U1 in the next release of cg-miner for mac or Asteroid...

In my search of solutions to the almost the same issue than you for the U1, I found a nice little app from Karin on this same forum.

It allows to activate or deactivate those drivers without needing to uninstall or reinstall them.
It's working for me for now on...

Well, for me, no rush...
C'me on, the guy has been able to receive 500 items and to resend 300 of them between 1 and 5pm, so, in my opinion, Bitwhizz, you can take some very deserved rest

Yeah, right... It's probably not lost for everybody and somebody at UPS is expecting their insurance to pay for the "lost" equipment...
It seemed supsect their non-consistant answers since the package arrived in europe, I guess they already felt something was wrong with it but where excpecting a christmas miracle...
Well, I guess I would have been upset because of the delay but getting a compensasion is defnitly making me happy 

It will give you more work also, it's a shame.
