From my experience cashouts are received in a 24 hour period, so if you cashout at 1pm you should see it in your account the following day at a time after 1pm. This is also completely dependant on the volume of cashouts requested from the site and any back log still being dealt with from the admins holiday over the xmas period.

I've found a little bit of patience is welcome and being calm about it leaves you less stressed

PS: if you click on the cashouts tab you can look for your address in the blockchain.

Hello, I was expecting a payout a couple of hours ago, my cycle said pending once it had completed but has not moved to the payouts tab, yet has disappeared from the investments tab. The amount expected was 0.052, this amount has not shown in my wallet either. Please advise, my address is

Totally agree that manual authorisation on the payments is a bit suckish, however can we really complain that much alls considering?

Yup the site was down again and i was getting a little annoyed. However it appears to be up and functioning again.

It would appear cryptoboost.co is dead, tried it today and i am receiving a 502 error.

If it is its rather unfortunate as yesterday i put 0.04 btc into it.

I was also getting a little worried but then I read back in the thread and noticed that the team has been on holiday over the xmas period and they went through a server change at the changing of the year. I was patient after my cashout and it arrived the next day, it is entirely possible that larger transactions will take longer due to the time required by the BTC network to process them, so my advice would be to do multiple small cashouts, so one every day, instead of doing big chunks.

Appears to be a few losses, maybe a reversion to earlier point due to database reset/backup ?

Just to say it's 20:23 GMT LDN here and the website is still down, I guess some patience is required. However I'm sure we are all anxious to see this resolved.
