I can't express how frustrating it is to have the funds you worked hard for in the hands of people who don't care about you, don't feel responsible at all, and even behave like you are to blame. It's been nearly seven months, and yet they are saying, "Your case is being treated as a priority," yet the funds I swapped at the Exodus app are pending.
I really didn't know the Exodus swaps were being mediated by N.exchange. If I knew I would not do it. It was like a trap I fell into and can't get out of.
They don't even give me back the original funds. At first, they show some progress, so you won't complain, then they just keep saying "be patient" forever.
Once every few months, they write to me and ask for the same documents they asked for some months ago. They even forget what they asked and what they didn't. I don't know what to do, I'm writing reviews everywhere. I filed complaints at "Action Fraud Police UK" and "FCA" but not very helpful as this company is not even regulated in the UK.
