That would be a yes. I received them on 4/2 and 4/3 - it's the incorrect amount but that's a different problem. And yes, like you, server error when use is attempted.
To clarify, "incorrect amount," there should be more based on locked period but FBC stopped counting the locked premium period, as most of you know.
Definitely down here too but at least I'm still getting the push notifications for the promo! I suppose I can take some dark comfort in the reliable consistency of failure.
The CSFBC are claiming that the site is perfectly fine which is a complete lie.they are not resolving our WoF issue. BTW the freebitco never published the weekly lottery winners of round 504. So they deleted all pervious weekly winners list before round 505. No news on lambo lottery 11 winner yet. I'm sure they're gonna do the same with lambo 11 just like weekly round 504.
Well, I am actually wondering how we really believe the CSFBC account to be really a customer support for freebitco, was there anyone or group of persons that carried a reseach on that account to ascertain for real that the account or person behind that account is really from the desk of freebitco?
This is a forum where anyone can come out, create an account using a name of any service or company and claim to be the customer support of that service or company. So, I personally think we should first be sure that the person behind the mentioned account is really from freebitco before we begin to tell or decide whether what he or she said about the site being in perfect shape; is a lie or true.

Yes, this afternoon. Same boat as you, except I did have one unclaimed spin from clicking on a push notification.
I found another problem: my premium level should be taking the last step (360 days) around now but it remains at 309 days for perhaps a month yet. Anyone else around here with this issue? My getting worried even more every week this continues...
I had a similar issue last month. My interest didn't increase as it should have 90 days in. I sent a direct message through this platform. I never received a response but they corrected it after about a week. I am doubtful that I will see credit for this missing days but my premium membership details appear to be in order.
Contact them if you haven't. It's unlikely to put you in a worse position.

I might as well chime in and say that I've received mine for today as well. I also had a problem where my btc interest didn't change on time but it looks like they've partially corrected that issue too. Like most people here, I'm hopeful that they'll make good on the missing days.
While I'm not blind to the many issues with the site, I'm happy to see that there is activity/responsiveness from support. They've got their work cut out for them.
