I would not suggest Mining Bitcoin is something you invest into now. Maybe Altcoins will be worthwhile but otherwise its going to be risky. You will not make a decent profit. Estimated global mining costs is at $3,504,984,284 annually. 34.19 US households can be powered for 1 day by the electricity consumed for a single transaction. 495.77KG of CO2 per transaction.https://digiconomist.net/bitcoin-energy-consumption
Its not environmentally friendly. PoW is just not a sustainable consensus. We need to look to other alternative like Bitcoin Origin for example. I read about their Eco friendly approach to a new consensus algorithem (Proof of Ambassador). This is an Project worth looking at in my opinion.

Increased awareness through these courses can make users savvy. They wont go blindly into an investment or have the vulnerability of being scammed. The more people understand the less they will have to fear. I think more countries should implement this.

Yes, PoS does provide some enhancements over PoW, but it puts the light on a different problem altogether. Banks and large institutions have unfair amounts of capital compared to normal participants. A stakeholder with high stakes can have more easy execution whereas stakeholders with low stake will not. The poor stay poor. Also will it remain truly decentralized?

Venezuela is an example of a government that engaged in Crypto dealings to elevate their economic crisis. Venezuela ordered the issuance of a Cryptocurrency that is backed
by the country's oil reserves, since the country is nearing a collapse of their traditional currency, The Petro will promote development of infrastructure and manipulation-free markets, all thanks to technology. Venezuela's government, is to release US$1 billion into the economy obtained through the sale of the Petro. The Cryptocurrency is also a way around restrictions on holding foreign currency.

India’s government has claimed it has no plans to use Petro to buy oil from Venezuela as India’s central bank has forbidden trading in Cryptocurrencies. The United States has also banned the Petro, and companies doing business with Venezuela could get into trouble with the law if they conduct deals that involve Petro trading. The days still look dark for Venezuela in my opinion.

Many Bank only allow +18 users to use money services is right for you?

so if this right bitcoin not need ID so under 18 years can use it

Some merchants or E-Wallets may have age restrictions, but Bitcoin is not a web site that has some kind of centralized rules so there is no restrictions regarding how old you must be. But if you buy or exchange Bitcoin for fiat from a bank account, you may be constrained by the age restrictions that may apply in your country.

Re: tax on bitcoin

what are the ways government can apply tax on bitcoin....

how to pay tax on bitcoin..... in any country.....

Authorities have tried to bring forth tax regulations on bitcoins.  Depending where you stay, there may be regulations in place already. One usually pays tax when we convert our Bitcoin to fiat. The US taxpayer is required to keep a record of all buying, selling or using of bitcoins. However its difficult to determine payable tax since the value of Bitcoin is very volatile and transactions are difficult to trace by government.
