Me neither. I'd really like to see an example of some other coin that has succesfully rebranded. Or any other product/project out there in the real world.
Ethlend -> Aave?
Rebranding has logical explanation. Zcoin is based on Zerocoin protocol. Firo will be based on Lelantus protocol.
Old client loses inputs regularly. Balance is inflated falsely.
The balance doesn't get inflated though as the orphans don't count in the balance. An orphan is a found block that gets rejected by the network because someone else found the block a bit faster than you and they get the reward which will be added to their balance not yours.
The balance bug was never seen before new client had been released. Visible balance increases from time to time in old client by input size (~600 coins). It is unclear whether staking power rises too really or not. I tried zapwallettxes command before balance became inflated enough to notice difference in mined block amount per day.
I have a question about new Znode system. It is not clear from migration guide what defunct node means. If I change VPS provider do I need new BLS keypair or not?
If you change your VPS provider, you will lost your turn in the reward queue. For the publics keys (addresses), it is not mandatory to make a new PayOut adresse, but recommanded for privacy reasons.
How is your answer related to my question?
Ask in another way: is command "protx update_service "proTxHash" "ipAndPort" "operatorKey"" enough when change VPS provider?

I have problem with orphans too. Usually orpans is rare. But sometimes they are coming one by one. This continues until PC is rebooted. Root cause is unclear. Wallet shows normal behavior like number of connection and network synchronization.
So you both see a noticeable increase in orphan quantities the longer the wallets have been online in a single session? Would you be able to send over your DEBUG files? You can submit them to support [at] radiumcore.org or send them over via PM. Thank you!
I wanted to send PM but it is blocked from newbies.

I think this is ordinary pump maybe provoked by recent news. Cryptomarket is still down. There are just whales groups playing with random coins.
"Whales groups playing..." : perhaps. "...with random coins" : whales never play with a random coin, it is always THE coin they choose, with specifics datas/qualities.
Are you able to predict surely when and what coin will be pumped? If not, PnD events look like random for you. Many coins is sutable for pumping. There are not many ways to get profit on stagnant market so PnD events are observed easily now. In recent days a series of PnD have been commenced. RVN, EXCL, RADS, ZCoin yesterday and more.. Of course whales did preparation work before pumping. About 200 Znodes magically disappered just about pump started I believe zcoin price will return to last usual levels or slightly higher in several days.
Radium brings advanced blockchain utilities. Should it implement masternodes, maybe? This could help to reinforce Radium blockchain backbone.
The problem with master nodes is that it makes the rich richer. The current Radium model is fair for everyone imo.
This problem is actual for pure POS too. There is no much difference beetween NM reward and stake reward. But masternodes could bear additional functionality.
Most MN offer some sort of perk(s) though. I agree that they can potentially offer additional functionality, but they might also discourage new smaller stakers to enter the network.
MNs get some percent from block reward, but MNs collaterals are removed from staking so staking profitability increases. Network finds balance beetween MN and staking.
