Well, good to know, let's play with math.
1TH is 19$, as I said before, screw the GH..
An S9 burns 32kWh a day for 14.5 TH, that means 2,2 kwh a day for 1TH, 800Kwh a year, so you need to have to pay at most 2.3 cents per kWh to break even not even talking about ROI on the gear, breakdowns, maintenance, facility cooling, wages.
Assuming S19Pro, that's 0.7 kWh a day, 255 a year, allowing you to pay close to 7 cents, let's assume you have 3cents, meaning you're making a profit of 10$ per Th per year, and you would ROI your equipment in three years, assuming no difficulty increase no other costs no breakdowns and indeed flat price.
Also, it is part of our business model - providing people with accessible mining solutions.
Yawn! Yeah, the business that thinks only about the customer, who runs it, the Easter bunny?
That is indeed our business model and since we are not planning to shut down neither tomorrow, nor in a month, our project has the-long term in mind.
Of course, you are correct, this is not simply care for the client, but we have to find ways of being competitive, considering how many players there are on the market. Every business model has its strong and weak sides. Ours is to play the long game.

What types of Miners do you use?
I know the cloud mining business, but some numbers would help to understand your risk and how leveraged you are, your internal profit calculation etc.
And a visit to your company and datacenter for some credible crypto person would be great.
Would help me maybe to trust and reinvest everything daily and put another 6K in.

The company is registered in the UK, but we have an office in the EU. Don’t get us wrong, but our company’s policy does not allow us to disclose all of the information regarding it. We mostly use S9 and S17 Antminers, S19 are on the way.
We do not disclose our internal profit calculations for obvious reasons. We face the same risks as everyone else - if the price of BTC plummets, the company will take a serious hit, one that it, possibly, will not recover from.
Visiting the DC during the pandemic is not the best idea. You can find proof on our Instagram.

I'm really curious about how you can afford to sell that with no electricity/maintenance fees.

1) We are working on the photos and videos and will release them soon. We have already written about our data centers here:
Our data centers are located in Europe, China and Kazakhstan, but that is as detailed as we can be regarding the locations.
2) I have previously written about maintenance fees in this thread as well, you can easily look it up.
3) The website you have provided a link to seems to be promoting some sort of service for recovering invested funds by vilifying other services. And if you take a look at what Trustpilot has to say about the website you mentioned, one would have to wonder why he should trust it.
4) What would we have to gain from a Copper or any kind of similar account? We are not an ICO and we have come to this forum in order to talk to the users.
5) You will see the exact same result if you use another calculator, such as alloscomp, so I really do not see any issue here.
6) Who said that we do not mine for ourselves as well? You, as an advanced user, must understand how mining business models work and there really should be no sense in having to explain it again in 2020 that a legal person would still need fiat for a number of reasons.
7) Well... I've just quoted myself in this very response and previous users have quoted me as well, so just to demonstrate it once more, here is my previous reply concerning the minimum withdrawal amount that you claimed was not mentioned anywhere:

No, we are not planning on having clients visit our data centers.Although that isn't as good as providing video proof, I would suggest signing a message using that address [include your forum name and the date as well].

I wonder why you are presenting this to us to make your site looks legit? it's been established that cloud mining is a thing of the past I could accept this is if you are not mining Bitcoin, I have seen so many cloud mining and they all ended the same, people treat cloud mining as Ponzi scheme because so many people experienced that getting scammed.
Yes, I lot of projects have gone under because they were not able to survive BTC's fluctuations, the race to acquire new mining equipment, electricity prices, or local legal regulations, but Bitcoin itself has not gone anywhere and people still believe in it. We also have confidence in BTC, and we have the opportunity to organize mining and support the Blockchain at least this way.We declare this openly: mining is risky. If you are not ready for the consequences, then it's better not to start at all. If you are - then don't invest all of your assets into it and stay level-headed.
You can show that the system is working on any demo or fake website. There were hundreds of cloud mining services and even doublers that they make your deposit x2 in one day that showed how nice and smooth they work, but of course no one could withdraw anything.
The KYC requirement is also not a pleasant surprise.
